Welcome to Waverly House, a beautiful 3-bedroom Coral Stone beachfront villa nestled in the centre of the beautiful palm-fringed, crescent-shaped shoreline right on stunning Gibbs Beach which stretches northwards towards Mullins Bay.
The calm aquamarine water is perfect for swimming, and the bay offers an endless expanse of white sand for strolling or just soaking up a wonderful tan. This particular area of St Peter is lovely and tranquil. Here you will enjoy swimming in the incredibly warm and calm azure sea. For the more energetic, there is an abundance of water sports available on the nearby Mullins beach.
There is a good selection of beach bars and restaurants close in Mullins Bay and Speightstown is just a few minutes' drive from Emerald Beach where there is a selection of shops including a supermarket, bakery, and bank. Golfing is available in nearby Westmoreland and Holetown is also just a 15-minute drive away where you will find some really good local and designer shopping.
An indoor sitting and dining room opens onto a private garden with a plunge pool, terrace and outdoor dining area - perfect for al fresco dining or simply watching a spectacular sunset. Beach access is from the garden directly onto Gibbs Beach, which has excellent swimming. The three air-conditioned bedrooms are all located on the upper level, with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom.
