Emerald Beach 6- Cassia is 3 bedroom luxury villa located over two floors. As you enter the door, you will feel yourself unwinding and relaxing. The laid-back atmosphere together with the huge welcoming smile from your housekeeper makes it a complete sanctuary.

The beautiful open plan sitting and dining room features floor-to-ceiling doors that open right up to the Terrace and Gazebo giving you the ultimate indoor/outdoor experience. The Gazebo is the perfect place for relaxing, enjoying a cocktail, or dining with friends and family.

On the grounds of Emerald Beach, you will be able to enjoy a really beautiful free-form swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and chairs for relaxation. The stunning white sandy beach at Gibbs is just a few steps from Emerald Beach 6. Here you will enjoy swimming in the incredibly warm and calm azure sea. For the more energetic, there is an abundance of water sports available on the beach on the nearby Mullins Beach.

There is a good selection of beach bars and restaurants also close by in Mullins Bay and Speightstown is just a few minutes drive from Emerald Beach where there is a good selection of shops including a supermarket, bakery, and bank. Golfing is available in nearby Westmoreland and Holetown is also just a 15-minute drive away where you will find some really good local and designer shopping.

The villa comes with three bedrooms. Two on the upper level and one on the ground floor, all with private patios enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and is located on the first floor at the front and has a lovely view and terrace.

There is a second bedroom on the first floor with a king bed and the third bedroom located on the ground floor has twin beds but can be made up of a king-sized bed. There are 3 bathrooms all of which have Tub/Shower.
