Cancun
Whilst not essentially part of the Riviera Maya, Cancun is a popular city also located on the northeast tip of the Yucatan Peninsula. … The Riviera Maya begins to the south of Cancun at the fishing village of Puerto Morelos. Tulum
Tulum is a magical area on the Riviera Maya, once the site of an ancient Mayan walled city. Today, the town is famous for yoga, cenotes, pristine white beaches, turquoise blue waters, great food and above all, the enchanting Mayan ruins.
Though not the largest in Mexico, the beachfront location of these beautiful sites make it all the more mystical. Tulum is a great place from where to catch a glimpse of amazing animals such as jaguars, sea turtles, iguanas and sea turtles.
The Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve is home to countless species of flora and fauna is well worth a visit, especially for nature lovers. The cenotes of Tulum are a great attraction for adventurous divers and swimmers. The ancient Mayans saw these underwater sinkholes as sacred places. T

Puerto Aventuras
Puerto Aventuras is a newly built small town approximately 20 minutes’ drive time south of Playa del Carmen and is amusingly known by some as “Playa del Carmen’s less known neighbour”. Some call it an undiscovered little secret. One thing for sure, the pace of life is slower than that of its’ neighbours but there is still plenty to see and do here. The town has many great restaurants and stunning marinas where luxury yachts and recreational fishing boats bob along side by side.
Catamaran & buggy tours, a champion golf course, tennis, scuba diving and swimming with turtles are some of the many fun activities for you to enjoy at this little gem of a town. Casa Lulu is another favourite of all the villas Riviera Maya has to offer. This fantastic four-bedroom contemporary villa has its location in the town of Tulum. Hacienda Paraiso
Another one of our Tulum favourites is Hacienda Paraiso, a stunning 6-bedroomed beachfront property. This is a magnificent beach home offering oodles of space and perfect inside and outside living areas.
The main attraction of this fabulous home is the large terrace which is superb for entertainment and for hosting your guests. There are also 4 other private bedroom terraces for quiet time and peaceful sunbathing opportunities.
As with all of our villa rentals, Hacienda Paraiso is furnished to very high standards with bright, pastel colours and tasteful artefacts adorning each room. Ocean breezes caress each corner of the house and you’re never far from an eye-catching ocean view.

Kin Ich
Villa Kin Ich is a magnificent 7-bedroomed beachfront villa located in Playa Del Carmen. This is a dramatic and splendid house with a suitable romantic name - when translated, “Kin Ich” means “House of the Mayan Sun God”.
This fully staffed villa has several features which make it very unique. A spectacular Al Fresco rooftop dining terrace overlooks the beach below. Counter space with bar stools overlook the BBQ station and a large dining table takes pride of place in the centre area, offering spectacular sunset views. Additional comfortable seating occupies the further corner, offering space for relaxation after dinner.
