Beach House features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a grill, 4 private bedrooms with ensuites, and a unique freshwater swimming pool overlooking the gorgeous stretch of the beach.

Beach House is perched in the most fantastic location in Playa de Carmen...you are within minutes from the center where you will find superb restaurants, bars, shopping, and lively nightlife. Also nearby are amazing activities and amenities unique to the area such as the Mayan Ruins of Tulum, and Chichen Itza, or you could get the ferry from Playa del Carmen to the island of Cozumel for the best snorkeling and scuba diving.

One-Time Service
• Round Trip Airport Transfers, Maximum Capacity is 8 guests, applicable for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
• Chef Service Upon Arrival - Welcome dinner on arrival (groceries extra)

Additional Cost
• Dinner Chef Service: available until 8:30pm - Additional charges apply *starting from $30USD per adult and $15USD per child (Minimum 4 guests) Kids under 3 years free of charge. The cost of groceries not included and a 20% shopping fee is applicable.
