Welcome to our luxurious villa Seventh Heaven, a five-bedroom property located within the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. It is a really gorgeous villa surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Seventh Heaven has fantastic RWM membership which includes, Beach Club access, Resort Gym, Sanctuary with Communal Swimming Pool, Tennis and the Club House as well as paid Social Membership to Royal Westmoreland Golf Course.

Seventh Heaven is very spacious and the ideal property for families and large groups. The living room opens onto a covered living area that is near the pool deck and wet bar. There is also an outdoor dining area and gazebo bar which is perfect for morning breakfast.

The villa is beautifully decorated in a modern and contemporary style and this villa also features a spectacular Trompe l'oiel painting.

On the ground floor, the villa comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, indoor dining and living area, powder room, and two bedrooms both en suite and each with its own private terrace with views of the lush tropical gardens. Both bedrooms have two Twin beds which can be made as one if required.

The Master bedroom and third guest bedroom are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with King size beds and the Master bedroom has a spacious terrace with sea views as well as views of the resort. The recently added fifth bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and is en suite. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and have en suite bathrooms with showers only.

BEDROOM LAYOUT:
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It is air-conditioned and has a king-size bed. This is also a spacious terrace with sea views as well as views of the resort.

Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor. It has a king-size bed, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: A twin bed (which can be made into a double), with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom also opens out to a private terrace and has views of the tropical gardens.

Bedroom 4: A twin bed (which can be made into a double), with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom also opens out to a private terrace and has views of the tropical gardens.

Bedroom 5: This recently added bedroom has a king-size bed, is air-conditioned and is also ensuite.

Seventh Heaven offers social golf privileges which allow each guest of the villa to purchase up to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, Sunday to Friday. The Villa Renter green fee is applicable – (paid per game, inclusive of golf buggy). Twilight/9 Holes (after 2:30 pm only)
