The villa can accommodate up to ten guests across its expansive exteriors and lavish interiors. It includes the main villa as well as an additional guest cottage.

Situated on the ground floor of the West Coasts' newest luxury development and overlooking the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Payne’s Bay, this condo enjoys unobstructed views of the ocean. The beach acts as your backyard, laced with sun loungers and parasols. Access to the soft white sands is easy using your private pathway alongside the villa and a keyed gate assuring privacy and security. The bay is truly serene with calm waters that provide you with excellent snorkeling opportunities as well as an abundance of privacy. Enjoy the early morning sunrise as you walk along the beach and let the water lap onto your toes. Breathe in and exhale letting go of any worries you may be holding on to. It's time to set yourself into holiday mode. Back at your villa you can wash your sandy toes under the beach shower and slip into the crisp smooth waters of the turquoise swimming pool. On entering your beachfront villa, the living areas immediately frame the ocean beyond with glistening waters of the bay visible through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The open-plan living and dining areas create a light and tranquil ambiance for you to indulge in during your stay. The doors can expand out onto the covered deck blending the interiors and exteriors seamlessly. Let the soft breezes float through your home as you relax on the plush sofas, surrounded by elegant and modern artwork and furnishings. The dining area can seat a total of four guests, while there is also an alfresco dining area on the terrace seating a further six guests. Here you can cater to your guest with a delicious Caribbean-styled evening, under the stars. The ultra-modern kitchen also enjoys unobstructed ocean vistas and is fully equipped with the latest appliances and a sleek design.

The villa has a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main villa. The spacious and sophisticated master bedroom enjoys direct access to the patio, capturing majestic views through the glass doors that open out completely. This bedroom is situated just off the living area and features a large walk-in closet and an impressively large private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes key features such as the deep soaking standalone tub, a decadent rainfall shower, and elegant finishes such as the dual vanity. The second bedroom is located close by, while the third and fourth bedrooms are situated to the rear of the property on the northern side. Each room is flooded with natural light and enjoys views of the surrounding area. The rooms indulge in soft linens and a profusion of closet space. The remaining three bedrooms all feature luxurious rainfall showers in their private en-suite bathrooms.

There is a fifth bedroom situated in the cottage. This area is accessed from the condo as well as privately from the parking lot. The additional area allows for your guests to have more independence and privacy during their stay. The living space is very open and features an open plan design with a living, dining area, and kitchenette. The bedroom features a Queen-sized (30") bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

The Villa at St James is located directly on Payne’s Bay Beach in Barbados. The property is a short ten-minute drive from Holetown and nearby restaurants and is simply minutes to many of the West Coasts' most popular bars, world-class golf courses, and luxurious branded shopping outlets. The Grantley Adams International Airport has located 24.6 km from the villa, which equates to just under a forty-minute drive in total.

Saint James is famous for its high-end resorts that are dotted along the Seas coastline. It boasts excellent fine dining restaurants, several golf courses, shopping outlets, and exclusive soft sandy beaches including calm Payne’s Bay and Sandy Lane. It is home to the Apes Hill Golf Course, a top-class course laced with ravines, wooded areas as well as natural and man-made lakes. This is the perfect location for you to spend a day playing a leisurely game of golf with your friends. Chattel Village is located on the West Coast and the "Village" provides you with a profusion of vibrant places to explore.
