Great swimming pool
Howzat is a great villa on RWM - it's got a lovely fresh décor & gets lovely breeze. There's a great view of the golf course & sea beyond. I loved the outdoor terrace - there's great room for entertaining & relaxing. Melissa gets wonderful comments from all our guests - she takes great care of everyone. Also good to note the wonderful facilities here - golf, gym, tennis & clubhouse. A great villa for families or large group of friends.
Description
Welcome to Villa Howzat in Barbados. This stunning 6-bedroom villa is located in a prime position within the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. A spectacular estate, Westmoreland is an expansive five-star community offering privacy, luxury, and fantastic service and amenities to all guests
The villa is comprised of two sections, first, you have the main house which has 4 bedrooms, and then there is also a self-contained, detached cottage that sits just off the pool deck and features 2 bedrooms.
The villa's main house is beautifully designed and wonderfully decorated. The main house provides an ideal combination of modern and Caribbean styles, it includes large windows and jalousie shutters, also several patios and open spaces.
The main floor features an en-suite twin bedroom. Enjoy relaxing and watching movies with your family in the TV room which is equipped with a plasma TV a DVD Player and a state-of-the-art surround sound system. On this floor, there is also a study and 2 sitting areas, both of which lead onto the covered beautiful patio.
Watch the sunrise or sip cocktails on the main patio or on the pool deck by the infinity-edge pool where you can relax and sunbathe under the Caribbean sunshine.
The Cottage is located just off the pool deck which houses the two remaining twin en suite bedrooms, which can be converted into king beds. This cottage also offers a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, and fridge, as well as a lounge outfitted with Plasma TV and DVD player.
Howzat Villa offers spectacular views of the golf course and the West Coast of Barbados. Guests of Howzat villa can enjoy the use of the property golf cart as well as all amenities of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort including golf, tennis, gym, the sanctuary, clubhouse, spa, and beach facilities on the popular Mullins Beach, St. Peter.
