Welcome to Seaduced, a contemporary 5-bedroom luxury villa, one of the few builds of this style in Royal Westmoreland, St. James, Barbados. This amazing home blends handsomely with the surroundings of the 16th Fairway of the golf course where it sits. The villa is uniquely designed by a young local architect, covering 6,400 square feet over two levels and offering fashionable interiors of modern bespoke design blended perfectly with the external Caribbean flair.

Accessing the villa is already a sensory experience, especially if you arrive when the evening light is starting to settle over the island. As soon as you step through the main door, you are welcomed into an internal patio that houses an illuminated water fountain traversed by a spectacularly featured wooden bridge.

On the other side of the bridge, you find the entrance to the ground level of Seaduced villa, which is designed as a large open plan indoor/outdoor space that flows easily from one to the other. The indoor living rooms open onto a large roofed terrace that features a wonderful wet bar for day and night cocktails preparation and an alfresco grilling and teppanyaki station to keep the family happy through meal get-togethers.

Right next to the terrace is the negative-edge, 60 feet long swimming pool, which was ideally positioned and built to overlook the golf course and the sea beyond. It spans the entire length of the deck and offers a “beach end” where you can relax on comfortable sun loungers will reading your favourite book or just listening to the murmur of running water.

Apart from the cool cooking feature on the terrace, Seaduced villa boasts a lovely modern kitchen and large adjacent pantry that will delight the designated chef of the family or group. The appliances are built into European counter high cupboards which are nestled behind a large stone island that serves as a full dining bar.

Also on the lower level is one of the bedrooms; it is easily accessible and has an adjoining patio surrounded by trees and shrubs that make it the perfect setting for an early morning coffee accompanied by the sounds of nature.

The suite’s unique bathroom is tiled with the finest porcelain and features high quality vanity units above which sits a large digital mirror. To the side of each unit you can find USB charging points for convenience. Adjacent to this is a beautiful bathtub for luxurious and relaxing foam soaks and an unbelievable rain shower for reinvigorating your body. The full-length bi-fold windows can be fully opened to enjoy the views and to feel the natural environment join you in this very personal space, making it a very special experience.
