Bajan Heights

Bajan Heights is an extremely luxurious five-bedroom villa with a private pool located in the very prestigious Westmoreland Community in Barbados. Bajan Heights villa is brand new to the rental market and underwent a US$500,000 renovation before opening. It is an exquisite and remarkably pristine home with stunning views of the west coast of Barbados. Bajan Heights maximum capacity is 10 guests.

Bajan Heights has its location within Royal Westmoreland on a high ridge and consequently has lovely views of the shimmering turquoise Barbados coastline.

The main living area is a semi-open plan room which leads via massive floor to ceiling archways to a smaller television and family room. Both areas have 55inch flat-screened televisions. The interiors of the downstairs living areas are incredibly chic and stylish. The predominant colours are cream and white offset with stunning navy-blue cushions and upholstery. Enormous mirrors, coral stone walls and stunning pieces of art, finish the exquisite look. The main living room opens directly onto a spectacular covered terrace. The central focal point of the terrace is a beautiful sitting area which is ideal for pre-dinner drinks or chats with friends and family. The terrace has a perfect design to take full advantage of the fabulous views. The overall feeling is bright and airy with a free-flowing design which is also super relaxing.

Bajan Heights Villa has a very modern state of the art kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with every imaginable utensil required to make even the most gourmet of meals.

During the Festive period, only a cook service is provided six days a week. She will make two delicious consecutive meals per day, leaving lots more time to enjoy this gorgeous home. So breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner. For bookings at other times cook service can be hired at additional cost.

To the left of the main terrace, is the dining verandah. The main terrace comfortably sits ten people and offers fantastic alfresco dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The views of the garden and pool from here are stunning. At nighttime, enjoy the sounds of tree frogs and the smell of the sweet-smelling tropical flowers while enjoying a sundowner.

A set of steps leads from the verandah to the vast pool deck. The pool has supremely comfortable sunbeds surrounding it so that you can fully enjoy the lovely Barbados sunshine. The gardens surrounding the pool are worth a special mention as they are incredibly mature and full of swaying palm trees, bougainvillaea, tropical shrubs and rolling lawns. There are various entertainment options on each side of the pool. To one side is a charming wet bar and bathroom. On the other is a small casual dining area, comfortable seating and sunbeds. At the end of the garden is a beautiful gazebo. The gazebo is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking at the sunsets which are so often present in Barbados.

The five en-suite bedrooms in Bajan Heights are equally luxurious. Four of the bedrooms have their location in the main house, and one is in the guest cottage. The first-floor master King bedroom is particularly lovely and spacious. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor. One has two single beds (twin), and the other has a King bed. Each of the three bedrooms on this floor leads out onto its own private balcony with stunning views of the pool and ocean. The fourth bedroom of the main house is on the ground floor and leads directly onto the covered terrace and pool deck. The guest cottage is home to the fifth bedroom. The guest cottage has its location on the south side of the pool and garden. It is a beautiful bedroom with a four-poster bed and is the ideal bedroom for guests who wish to have a little extra space for themselves. Each of the five bedrooms has beautiful plantation-style décor.

Bedroom 3: King bed, first floor, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, double vanity with shower. The bedroom leads directly onto a balcony with stunning views.

Bedroom 4:King bed, ground floor, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, double vanity with shower. The bedroom leads directly onto a balcony with stunning views.

COTTAGE:
Bedroom 5:Four Poster King bed, ground floor, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, double vanity with bath/shower. The bedroom leads directly onto the pool terrace and bar area.

STAFF:
• Housekeeper service six days per week
• Cook service will only be provided with Festive bookings. Guest's preference for two consecutive meals a day.

**A Cook or Chef may be arranged for other periods of the year at an extra cost.


BEACH CLUB MEMBERSHIP:
Guests can enjoy privileged access to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach facility where guests may use a limited number of sun loungers, beach umbrellas and food & beverage facilities within the resort.

ROYAL WESTMORELAND FACILITIES:
It's important to note that social or golf membership at Royal Westmoreland is not included in this villa rental.
