Heronetta is one of the most atmospheric beachfront estates in Barbados. It has expansive and beautiful gardens that extend from Paynes Bay to the south and Sandy lane to the north. It is possible to walk to both beaches. Access to Paynes Bay is difficult for the elderly but the walk to Sandy Lane takes a couple of minutes and is relatively easy. Due to a new groin, there is a lovely sandy small beach cove directly in front of the villa. I highly recommend Heronetta for clients looking for lots of space, stunning gardens and access to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean.

Welcome to Heronetta a charming and luxurious five-bedroom beachfront villa located a one-minute walk from Sandy lane Beach and Paynes Bay Beach in Barbados. This exclusive location means you are only one of a few villas with access to this prestigious beach. The world-famous Sandy Lane Hotel is a short walk from your villa. Guests of Heronetta have exclusive access to the owner's area on Sandy Lane Beach.
The villa is set on 4 acres of incredibly beautiful tropical gardens and has direct access to a beautiful sandy cove which means you can spend your entire day on this pristine white sandy beach sunbathing, drinking cocktails or swimming in the turquoise ocean. Guests of Heronetta also have their own private beach storage locker at Sandy Lane Property Owners Facilities.
Yvonne the Head Housekeeper has worked at the villa for 21 years and is one of the best and friendliest Housekeepers in Barbados. Guest's love her and she is the reason guests return year after year to spend a paradise vacation in Heronetta Villa Barbados.
Nearby you can find a supermarket, bar and restaurants. For the avid golfer, the villa is just a five-minute drive from the Sandy Lane Golf course. In addition Golf at Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill is also close by.
Enjoy consuming your appetising meals made by your own personal cook – guests can choose to dine inside or al fresco at the gazebo. Spend your days in the swimming pool or sunbathing on the beach under the Caribbean sunshine. Guests love relaxing on the terrace drinking champagne with family and friends.
Heronetta provides you with five fully air-conditioned bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located in the main house and the other three are in the cosy cottages near the main house.
The villa comes with its own Tennis Court which guests can also play at night time.

Loved Heronetta
We loved Heronetta. The location is unreal and the grounds are huge and really beautiful. It is very private and yet right beside both Sandy lane Beach and Paynes Bay Beach. Yvonne the head housekeeper was amazing. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I also want to commend the service from Exceptional Villas. Both Yvonne and Julie are extremely professional and very helpful. We will definitely book with Exceptional Villas again.
Highly recommend
I would highly recommend this beautiful home! It is in the middle of four acres of lush gardens and has a huge swimming pool. The five bedrooms with in-suite baths are perfect for a large group!! The house was wonderful but the best thing about it was the amazing STAFF!! They were wonderful and always eager to help.....their cooking was delicious!! We went with a total of five couples and everyone had a great time!!
