The Residence at One Sandy lane is part of 8 palatial villas that range in size from 8000 to 10,000 square feet set within an extremely private and secure compound. These sumptuous residences located directly on the beach at the end of Payne’s Bay were conceived to emulate the legendary Sandy Lane Hotel which is just a couple of minutes walk away. One Sandy Lane is run like a private boutique 7 star hotel. There is a staff of 34 including gardeners and security personnel always on hand to keep everything running like clockwork. In addition your own private staff members include a Chauffeur, House Keeper, Butler and Chef.

Overlooking the gardens, pool, beach and crystal clear Caribbean Sea, the views from The Residence at One Sandy Lane will literally take your breath away. The interiors are contemporary with some stunning modern art work and feature superb craftsmanship and striking artistry. The living area opens right up onto a very large terrace where you where you can relax in complete privacy and enjoy the spectacular views.

The impressive architecture of One Sandy Lane embraces traditional tropical features such as expansive verandas, timber posts and the use of coral stone. The Barbadian coral stone, carved and shaped by local craftsmen provides a complementary match for the superb quality Italian marble that is used throughout the building. In the ongoing quest for perfection, the marble was selected at the quarry by experts from Bufalini Marmi, then cut and pre-assembled in Italy to guarantee uniformity of colour and vein. The team that fashioned One Sandy Lane has paid minute attention to detail and utilised the very finest materials from around the world, along with exclusive designs and custom-made architectural features. For example, the elegant white pewter and iron balustrades that grace the magnificent spiral staircase and are found throughout the property have all been manufactured by Les Ateliers St. Jacques of Paris. This eminent French company is renowned throughout the world for executing exceptional renovations of historic buildings, most notably the Palace of Versailles.

The Residence is protected by vigilant but discreet security, and has the benefit of a centralized Security Control Room and secure underground parking. The security system works on biometrics which means residents can pass between different areas of the building without carrying keys.
