Welcome to Coconut Grove 8, a beautifully appointed luxury 4 bedroom Villa located in the exclusive 5 stars gated golfing resort community of Westmoreland which encompasses 500 acres in a lush and vibrant setting.

The estate sits just above the famous west coast renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches and excellent swimming and guests have special access to the Beach Club at Mullins Bay where you can avail of complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas.

Mullins Beach; is one of the livelier beaches which is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing. There are also food and drink services, showers, and the exclusive Mannies ‘Suga Suga’ Spa.

Coconut Grove 8 is the perfect place to enjoy indoor-outdoor living. The beautifully furnished living room has several double doors that open right up leading directly onto a covered terrace where you will be able to relax and enjoy outdoor dining.

There is a very large private swimming pool with brand new comfortable sunbeds and chairs set in a lovely private garden where beautiful Frangipani trees grow adding its wonderful fragrance to the air. This is the perfect place to relax sunbathe, read a book or just enjoy Caribbean life. The ground floor also has a fully fitted kitchen.

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom features a Queen-Sized double bed with double doors leading directly onto the terrace, garden, and pool. The master bathroom has a bath and shower. The remaining three bedrooms have Queen Beds/Twin Beds with en suite shower rooms.

There is a large central living and dining area that opens onto the pool deck. The villa is equipped with a Cable TV, a Safe, and a Telephone and comes with a fully trained Housekeeper. Coconut Grove 8 is a gated community with 24-hour security.

When you stay at Coconut Grove 8 you will have full use of the on-site facilities at Westmoreland which comprise a clubhouse with a really excellent restaurant and bar offering an extensive menu for both lunch and dinner.

There is also a stunning communal swimming pool with spacious surrounding patios and plenty of sun loungers for your comfort. There is a beautiful spa where you will find a perfect blend of serenity, style, and luxury.

Lastly, there is an air-conditioned fitness center and tennis courts with floodlighting. Residents of the Royal Westmoreland Resort have access to the resort facilities as well as special golf rates.

Coconut Grove is close to Mullins Bay Beach (10 minutes drive) where you will have access to an exclusive private beach club. At Mullin’s Bay, the water is incredibly warm and you will find a calm azure sea perfect for swimming, sunbathing on the pristine beach, or just resting in the shade of a palm tree.

There is also an abundance of water sports here.


Staff
Just so that you feel totally pampered, Coconut Grove 8 comes with your own fully-trained housekeeper who will be on hand to look after you six days per week. If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is Coconut, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beachside restaurants just a short drive away.
