Welcome to Cassia Heights 4, a beautifully appointed luxury 3-bedroom Villa located in the small community of Cassia Heights within the exclusive gated golfing resort community of Westmoreland. Westmoreland encompasses 500 acres in a lush and vibrant setting. Cassia Heights is in a great location, just a short stroll from the main clubhouse. It is just above the famous west coast, renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches and excellent swimming.

Cassia Heights 4 is a well-maintained, beautifully decorated two-bedroom villa with an attached one-bedroom cottage, ideal for a relaxed holiday in the Caribbean. Finished with a lively color palate, tasteful furnishings, and a verdant tropical garden, the villa has an open terrace with a BBQ grill and sun loungers with lovely views of the communal pool, resort, and Caribbean Sea beyond.

Simply put, a holiday at Cassia Heights 4 offers it all - with access to the world-class golf course and other facilities at Royal Westmoreland, holidaymakers have a range of amenities right at their fingertips. Children are welcomed, making it a great option for families. There is a full-time housekeeper to look after you; cleaning and laundry are included, while simple meal preparation is available upon request.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Three bedrooms sleep six guests in Cassia Heights 4. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed but is on the ground floor. The third bedroom is located in a separate cottage and has twin beds.

The facilities at Royal Westmoreland offer an enviable range of amenities. The impressive clubhouse has a stylish bar and fine dining bistro offering local delicacies. The helpful staff will look after your every desire leaving you free to enjoy the spectacular views of the golf course. There is also a spa, gym, community pool, tennis courts, and an 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. Royal Westmoreland also has a Beach Club nearby Mullins Beach, providing beach chairs and towels.

When you stay at Cassia 4, you will have full use of the on-site facilities at Westmoreland, which comprise a world championship 18-hole golf course, pro shop, and open-plan styled clubhouse with a really excellent restaurant & bar offering an extensive menu for both lunch and dinner. There is also a stunning communal 2000 sq. ft. swimming pool with a children’s section, spacious surrounding patios, and plenty of sun loungers for your comfort. Lastly, there is an air-conditioned fitness center and four championship tennis courts with flood lighting.

Cassia Heights is also close to Paynes Bay Beach (just 2 miles away). Mullins Bay beach (10 minutes drive). There is also a complimentary shuttle bus to bring you to Mullins Bay. There is also plenty of members' parking should you decide to drive. There is an excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Holetown is just 2 miles from Westmoreland, where you will find some of the best restaurants on the Island and plenty of local and designer shopping.
