This five-bedroom luxury Villa has almost 7,000 square feet of living space within half an acre of lush, manicured gardens. Villa Elan has been cleverly designed with a spacious, light-filled living room and kitchen on Level Two, ensuring guests can relax with unimpeded sea views.

Four of the five air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are distributed across Level One at the pool and garden level. Each bedroom has a dressing area and large retractable glass doors that open onto the pool terrace. Two of these bedrooms have a private terrace that opens from the side of the suite, adding another level of privacy for guests.

The fifth ensuite bedroom is on Level Two and enjoys amazing sea views. This bedroom has a beautiful private terrace also. Perfect for guests who want to sunbathe or meditate in solitude.

Villa Elan is entered via electric gates. There is ample parking on the driveway. The driveway curves upwards, allowing guests to enter at Level Two. On entering the Villa, you will find an elegant lobby that opens into a spacious open-plan living area. This spacious area connects via large doors with a beautifully furnished terrace with both dining and relaxation areas. Gentle sea breezes flow through this bright space, creating a relaxing and ambient setting. The gorgeous sea views are memorable.

The exquisite 46-foot saltwater swimming pool is the key feature of the sleek terrace at Level One. You will adore early swims, fun relaxation in the sun and shade around the terrace, and the soft garden boundary creating privacy and a soothing green palette against the blue sky. There are numerous seating options around the pool, providing sun loungers, sofas, and a sunken area by the pool ideal for late-night entertainment.

Villa Elan has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, chef's kitchen, and staff facilities. A wonderful summer kitchen with a barbecue grill is perfect for alfresco cooking. The indoor and outdoor dining options allow guests to find their happy place for memorable meals.

In addition to all these expected amenities, Villa Elan has a media room, dedicated office space, and a gym.
