The One at St James is located directly on Payne’s Bay Beach in Barbados. The property is a short ten minutes drive from Holetown and nearby restaurants and is simply minutes to many of the West Coasts most popular bars, world-class golf courses, and luxurious branded shopping outlets. The Grantley Adams International Airport has located 24.8 km from the villa, which equates to just under a forty-minute drive in total.

Saint James is famous for its high-end resorts that are dotted along the Seas coastline. It boasts of excellent fine dining restaurants, several golf courses, shopping outlets and exclusive soft sandy beaches including calm Payne’s Bay and Sandy Lane.
