The One at St James is located directly on Payne’s Bay Beach in Barbados. The property is a short ten-minute drive from Holetown and nearby restaurants and is simply minutes to many of the West Coast's most popular bars, world-class golf courses, and luxurious branded shopping outlets. The Grantley Adams International Airport is located 24.8 km from the villa, which equates to just under a forty-minute drive in total.

Saint James is famous for its high-end resorts that are dotted along the Seas coastline.
