Welcome to Leamington House, a stunning 5 bedroom colonial-style villa located on the exclusive West Coast of Barbados. This stunning great house is set in the exclusive Leamington Estate and is just steps from the pristine white sandy beach. The home was designed by the famous architect, Oliver Messel, and for many years Leamington House was the home of the American Ambassador.
This traditional Barbados Vacation rental offers guests the utmost luxury and includes a full team of staff to pamper you throughout your stay. Conveniently located just a short drive to Holetown where you find a wonderful selection of high-end shops and boutiques as well as a nice selection of restaurants and bars.
On arrival, you will enter the very spacious reception and living area. The living area leads out to a stunning covered patio where you will find the large swimming pool with sun loungers. The outdoor terrace also features seating and dining areas surrounded by a tropical walled garden. A gate just a short walk through the garden opens onto the beach. The ground floor also features a TV room and Wi-Fi is available throughout.
This beautiful Barbados Villa rental boasts 5 luxury bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms feature double beds and are located on the first floor. These four bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with private bathrooms. A fifth bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor.

Leamington House is located near Speightstown and part of the Leamington Estate. The villa is just steps from the beach. There is a stunning reef in front of Leamington Estate which is ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The house is also located close to Cobblers Cove Hotel. Speightstown is just a 5-minute drive and Holetown is also a great shopping and dining area and is located just a short 15-minute drive
