LEAMINGTON PAVILION:
At the end of the garden lay the immaculate white sands and crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, with a reef ideal for swimming and snorkeling. There is also a stunning sandy location to the north or south of the property, which is easy to walk to, and here the water is almost always calm and suitable for swimming and snorkeling.

It is also located beside the lovely Cobblers Cove Hotel. The historic town of Speightstown is within walking distance, and you can find good shopping, banks, boutiques, sidewalk vendors offering local produce and ground provisions, and excellent casual dining options in this charmingly unspoiled little town. Speightstown is waterfront and is away from the main highway, reflecting the charm of Old Barbados. Holetown is also a great shopping and dining area, just a 15-minute drive away.

Recently renovated and refurbished, the villa’s meticulous décor blends luxurious furnishings, unique finishes, and noteworthy antiques to make this villa truly one of a kind. Designed by Oliver Messel, a famed English stage designer and architect, the Pavilion is a fine example of his distinctive style, expertly merging the interior and exterior living spaces to create an idyllic tropical setting for refined island living and entertaining.

Stepping through the front door, one is immediately entranced by the breathtaking view, which stretches across the villa’s large swimming pool and gardens to the pristine white sands and striking Caribbean Sea beyond. Guests can access the beach through a gate at the end of the garden.

An open-air covered terrace is where most of the villa’s entertaining takes place; adjacent to the classically shaped swimming pool, it leads onto manicured lawns where chaise lounges await sunbathers. Two enchanting gazebos also feature in the garden. The gazebos are ideal for dining alfresco or catching up with family after a long day.

Leamington Cottage is a lovely one-bedroom self-contained beachfront property located near Speightstown and part of the Leamington Estate.

The cottage has a private entrance, a separate driveway, and a large sitting and dining area. It opens at the front and leads directly onto a spacious, stunning, uncovered terrace with a large plunge pool. From here, there are wonderful views of the beach and sea.

This space will be perfect for a couple looking for extra privacy while also enjoying a family vacation. The cottage is fully equipped and is a perfect retreat for guests. The sea views and proximity to the beach alone are enough to make you never want to leave.
