Welcome to Leamington Cottage, a lovely one-bedroom self-contained beachfront property, located near Speightstown and part of the Leamington Estate. There is a stunning reef in front of Leamington Cottage which is ideal for swimming and snorkelling and a stunning sandy beach located to the north or south of the property which is easy to walk to and here the water is almost always calm and suitable for swimming and snorkelling. It is also located beside the lovely Cobblers Cove Hotel.

The historic town of Speightstown is within walking distance, and you can find good shopping, banks, boutiques, sidewalk vendors offering local produce and ground provisions as well as excellent casual dining options in this charmingly unspoiled little town. Speightstown is on the waterfront and is away from the main highway, reflecting the charm of Old Barbados. Holetown is also a great shopping and dining area and is located just a short 15-minute drive.

With its own private entrance and separate driveway, the cottage features a large sitting and dining area which opens completely up at the front and leads directly onto a spacious and stunning uncovered terrace with a large plunge pool. From here, there are wonderful views of the beach and sea.

The cottage may be rented separately or together with the main villa Leamington Pavilion which is located next door and includes 4 en suite bedrooms and a large swimming pool set within impeccable tropical grounds.

As with the main villa, the cottage comes fully equipped and staffed with daily housekeeping and is ideal for a couple or someone travelling alone or in the event that the main villa is booked and additional space is required.
