The perfect property for a couple
I loved leamington cottage. Its hard to find a nice private one bedroom villa in Barbados - most are condos so this is a real treat. I loved the location and the views. The beach in front can be a little rocky so you walk a little further up the beach to get a better spot for swimming. Its a reef right in front. The cottage is part of the large Leamington Estate but has its own entrance & is very much self contained.

Welcome to Leamington Cottage, a lovely one-bedroom self-contained beachfront property, located near Speightstown and part of the Leamington Estate. There is a stunning reef in front of Leamington Cottage which is ideal for swimming and snorkelling and a stunning sandy beach located to the north or south of the property which is easy to walk to and here the water is almost always calm and suitable for swimming and snorkelling. It is also located beside the lovely Cobblers Cove Hotel.
The historic town of Speightstown is within walking distance, and you can find good shopping, banks, boutiques, sidewalk vendors offering local produce and ground provisions as well as excellent casual dining options in this charmingly unspoiled little town. Speightstown is on the waterfront and is away from the main highway, reflecting the charm of Old Barbados. Holetown is also a great shopping and dining area and is located just a short 15-minute drive.
With its own private entrance and separate driveway, the cottage features a large sitting and dining area which opens completely up at the front and leads directly onto a spacious and stunning uncovered terrace with a large plunge pool. From here, there are wonderful views of the beach and sea.
The cottage may be rented separately or together with the main villa Leamington Pavilion which is located next door and includes 4 en suite bedrooms and a large swimming pool set within impeccable tropical grounds.
As with the main villa, the cottage comes fully equipped and staffed with daily housekeeping and is ideal for a couple or someone travelling alone or in the event that the main villa is booked and additional space is required.

An amazing time at Leamington Cottage

We had an amazing time at Leamington cottage! Everything was absolutely fantastic and will try to summarize as best I can: -re-trip arrangements: Both you and Julie were fantastic throughout the entire process. Always willing to answer questions and very organized with how information was passed along. Made this part of the process much less stressful. - Arrival/Cottage: We were greeted by Julie and Andrea at the cottage and everything was in perfect order. They both took the time to explain key things on arrival and we were quickly able to settle in. We were immediately ‘wowed’ by the cottage itself – what an unbelievable place/location! Waking up to the sounds of waves crashing almost right at our feet is something I won’t soon forget. - Andrea: Hard to sum up how wonderful Andrea is. She was absolutely amazing throughout our entire stay; Danielle is still exchanging text messages with her! Not only a fantastic cook, she has a warm and kind soul that made our stay so much more enjoyable. - Excursions: Everything was perfect, all rides arrived on schedule and final payment was super easy. Dinner at The Cliff was awesome! Overall was a fantastic trip with many great memories. Thx very much to you and your team.

Hi Yvonne, We loved the Leamington Cottage! The house and property were beautiful and very well kept. I could not have been happier with the house and the accommodations. Our housekeeper, Feline, was amazing, offering great food, service and company. I would stay in an Exceptional Villa again and recommend these properties to other.

Exactly what we expected.
Exactly what we expected! The website delivered all it promised and these days that's not always the case. The Cottage is well prepared for a comfortable stay, all worked well.The staff were first class and as we stayed for 24 days, we saw all weather, most situations and left feeling very satisfied and well rested. The location is excellent, literally three steps to the beach, safe, well guarded, well maintained.

We loved the villa. Andrea was wonderful, very pleasant and helpful and a great cook. She takes excellent care of the villa. All of the staff were the best we have had in Barbados (although everyone we have met has been very welcoming actually), but at Leamington Cottage everyone takes wonderful care of you, while also allowing you plenty of privacy. The decor of the cottage is perfect, the linens, towels etc. are exceptional! We loved everything!
Ideal Location
Leamington Cottage was immaculate and fully equipped to meet all our needs while on vacation. The entire staff – Nicole our Host Manager – was friendly and professional and very resourceful. She made sure everything was well maintained and in working properly. Our Cook/Maid was so very sweet and always a delightful joy to be around, her meals were delicious! We felt as though the staff gladly went out of their way to make our stay and visit to Barbados a wonderful and memorable experience. Nicole our Host Manager went out of her way to make sure we were able to do the activities we had desired. She is highly resourceful, very professional and is a five star customer service Host Manager. Many thanks to Nicole and the staff at Leamington Cottage – we will be back!

Romantic getaway
I loved the proximity to the beach here! Leamington Cottage is a romantic getaway in the true sense of the word. Good swimming within a short walk north or south and also just a short stroll down the beach to Cobblers Cove Hotel. The outdoor space is fantastic too..very relaxing..
