Description
Welcome to our luxurious five bedroom villa, Windward, located on Cooper Hill in Sandy Lane Estate. This villa is fully enclosed and gated providing the most secure and private location to spend your relaxing vacation.
The villa sits on over 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds with various seating areas where guests can relax within the tropical gardens. On entering Windward, a beautifully designed double staircase finished with wrought iron railing which leads upstairs to the gorgeous master suite, study and two additional bedrooms.
The main living area is open plan, with French doors extending the length of the room which, when open to the spacious covered veranda, creating an expansive space for combined indoor/outdoor entertaining. Steps from the main veranda lead out to the garden and pool.
All the bedrooms at villa Windward are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans, safes and cable TV. The bedrooms are ensuite with stunning marble bathrooms, double vanities and a large rain shower with the exception of the master which has a tub and a large rain shower. The main foyer also has a powder room.
Within the grounds of Windward, there is a separate building with a fully equipped gym, garage and store room.
Guests at Windward enjoy exclusive access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, with private, secure parking. Services at the Beach Club include beach loungers, umbrellas, complimentary Wi-Fi internet and bathroom/shower facilities. There is a full bar on site where drinks, lunch and light snacks can be purchased. Alternatively, if guests prefer, the cook can prepare a picnic lunch packed in a cooler for your day at the beach.

Hi Linda, The Windward Villa in Sandy Lane Estate Barbados is an outstanding, manicured home, great 5 bedrooms ensuites, superb furnishings, bedding, amenities, modern media throughout, gym, large gourmet kitchen with sprawling grounds, pool and minutes from Sandy Lane owners beach. Our three kids and spouse/friends forced us to take ten days away from our hectic lives. We shall return! We applaud the amazing Windward Villa Barbados staff for their elevated standards and outstanding care during our stay. Nicola was an outstanding, versatile and creative chef. Her gourmet caliber cuisine and presentation including incredible desserts are world class. Nicole amazed us daily with beautiful artistic floral arrangements and table settings. She oversaw housekeeping management, always present with her warm smile. Sharon offered to be our early bird, ensuring freshly brewed coffee, morning welcome and preps for the day. Dawn was a reliable team member, supporting the kitchen, serving, shopping, laundry and housekeeping. The villa manager Alexis presided, making our family holiday a perfect ten - a memorable experience!
