Description


Located along the West Coast of Barbados, "Emerald Pearl" is the only three bedroom apartment which has its own large private pool in the charming Summerland Development. Summerland is located two miles south of Sandy Lane and within close proximity to QP Bistro.

This stylish apartment is fully air-conditioned (including living room), has marble floors throughout and is complete with a fully-equipped kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances, American fridge/freezer and granite countertops. There is Satellite TV and HiFi in the apartment. The living room opens up onto a 38-feet wide covered terrace with wet bar ideal for outdoor living and dining. There is also a large open terrace leading to the pool.

The Master bedroom is complete with a King size bed and opens onto the covered terrace. There is a fully-tiled marble en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower only and marble vanity tops. Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds which can be made into a King bed and this room also opens up onto the covered terrace by the pool. A further bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3 with large walk-in shower and marble vanity tops. Bedroom 3 is equal in size to Bedroom 2 and has a King size bed.

Summerland is comprised of two buildings, one behind the other. "Emerald Pearl" is located in the first building on the ground floor and has partial sea views. In addition, "Emerald Pearl" has a private gate leading out from the pool deck with direct access to the lovely communal pool and jacuzzi. The beach is also easily accessible from here via a private pathway exclusive to Summerland residents and guests (directly across the road).

"Emerald Pearl" can be rented as a two or three-bedroom apartment. A housekeeper is provided six mornings a week. Please note this is a non-smoking villa.
