Welcome to Emerald Pearl, our fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom luxurious property located on the newly built development Summerland on the West Coast of Barbados. It is located two miles south of Sandy Lane and very close to the very popular restaurants Cin Cin and The Cliff.

Emerald Pearl is a beautiful ground floor apartment with partial sea views. The beach is also easily accessible from here via a private pathway exclusive to Summerland residents and guests (directly across the road)
This stylish apartment has a very modern décor with marble floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The living room opens onto the covered terrace with wet bar which is ideal for outdoor dining. There is also a large open terrace that opens out on to the private large swimming pool.

The Master ensuite bedroom at Emerald Pearl has a king size bed and opens onto the covered terrace. The bathroom is very luxurious with fully tiled marble, a walk in shower and marble vanity tops. Bedroom 2 which also opens up onto the covered terrace has twin beds which can also be made up as a king on request. The third bedroom has a king bed and is equal in size to bedroom two. Both bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

Summerland is comprised of two buildings, one behind the other. Emerald Pearl is located in the first building. In addition, "Emerald Pearl" has a private gate leading out from the pool deck with direct access to the lovely communal pool and jacuzzi.

Emerald Pearl can be booked as a two or three bedroom apartment on request.

Staff: Just so that you feel totally pampered, Emerald Pearl comes with our wonderful housekeeper who will be on hand to look after you 6 days per week.
