Welcome to Mullins Bay Townhouse 7, a lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom split level located just a few steps from the famous Mullins Beach in Barbados.

Located in the wonderful gated community of Mullins Bay this well-designed villa offers all the comforts and amenities of home to make your holiday extra special. All that you will have to do is rest and relax and enjoy is magical vacation.

The ground level is spacious and takes full advantage of the covered outdoor areas with dining and seating overlooking the large crystal clear plunge pool and well-tended garden area. The living room comfortably seats eight and the well-equipped kitchen allows the freedom of preparing your own meals or we can arrange the services of a chef or cook. One bedroom is located on this level with a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is located across from the bedroom and also serves as a powder room.

On the second level are two more bedrooms, both king beds with one ensuite and one bathroom outside of the third bedroom. The ensuite has a free-standing tub and separate shower. Both bedrooms lead out to the shared balcony with views of the ocean just steps away. This is the ideal place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before heading out to enjoy all that this paradise island has to island.

On the third level is the attic bedroom with a queen bed and access to the roof deck. This private area is perfect for sunbathing and watching the sailboats going by. This bedroom shares the bathroom on the second level.

The housekeeper is in 3 days a week and will look after you during your stay.

Mullins Bay also has the Singita Wellness facility. They offer full spa services and use of the gym and exercise classes all payable locally. Mullins Bay is the perfect base for your Barbados holiday with Speightstown just 5 minutes away and Holetown 15 minutes away. Numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes abound so you will be spoilt for the choice of where to go.

Please note smoking is not permitted indoors or outdoors.

The Mullins Beach Bar and Restaurant and Seashed Bar and Restaurant are two of the best beach bars in Barbados. Wonderful spots for a casual lunch or for watching the sunset with a local rum punch. Both are just a stroll from Mullins Bay complex.

When you stay at the Mullins Townhouse 7, you will receive housekeeping service 3 days per week.
The concierge department at Exceptional Villas will also be available to arrange all your pre-arrival requirements.
