Description
Welcome to Jamoon, our luxurious 7 bedroom villa situated on the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate and within walking distance to the beautiful beach at Sandy Lane.
When you enter Villa Jamoon, you are presented with a grand reception entrance where you will see a fish tail palm tree that leads you to a stunning living room where the ceilings are over twenty foot high. The living room is very elegant with a piano which can set the mood for any special occasion and has comfortable sofas where large groups of friends and family can spend time together.
Villa Jamoon is built around its impressive swimming pool and decking area which leads right into the lounge and provides a secluded and calm setting perfect for relaxing in the sun during the day and entertaining by night. The villa has an open plan design that allows each room to flow into the next and there is a continual sea breeze throughout the villa which is very refreshing.
Villa Jamoon is decorated to a very high standard with a blend of modern and antique furniture to provide a comfortable and relaxing home. At the back of the villa, there is an informal outside lounge and dining area with sofas and chairs for those who prefer to relax in the cool breeze of the gardens or would like some alfresco dining with friends and family.
The kitchen at Jamoon has a blend of modern stainless steel units and wooden fixtures and fittings creating a stylish kitchen.
The pool at villa Jamoon has both a shallow and deep end. The shallow end which is the play pool is built so that you can stand on either side of the net at the shallow end to play badminton, volley ball etc and the deep end is perfect for doing laps of the pool. The pool lights also change colour at night creating a magical setting on those Caribbean nights.
The bedrooms which vary between king, queen and twin are extremely spacious and include ceiling fans and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are set up as family style where they share large communal bathrooms. The villa has 2 large master bedrooms with one on the ground floor and the other on the upper level. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have safes.
The house also has a separate study upstairs ideal for guests who have to work when they're away, with broadband internet access, fax and copier included and also a separate television room with big screen that can seat up to 8 people and there is Cable television, DVD and Video.
