Incredible villa with amazing pool
Casablanca is the perfect villa for a large family! It is luxurious and elegant. The pool and outdoor gazebo is the perfect place to spend the day. I really loved the gym and this villa also has access to the Sandy Lane beach - my favorite beach on the West coast!
Description
Welcome to villa Casablanca, a luxurious seven-bedroom villa located within the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate on the West Coast of Barbados. Guests at Casablanca have access to the Sandy Lane Beach with a private storage locker, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, as well as the resort’s tennis courts and golf course.
This elegantly decorated villa has been designed to provide an airy sense of living space. Its crisp white décor, accented with bursts of color, and its vivid artwork beautifully complement the villa’s landscaped gardens and stunning views of the Sandy Lane Golf Course.
The villa offers several charming sitting areas that are ideal for both entertaining and relaxing with either small or large groups. The inviting covered terrace includes a formal dining area featuring a glass-lit table lit by a traditional iron chandelier that overlooks the pool area. The terrace also includes one of the villa's best seating areas with plush cushioned couches perfect for relaxing after dinner.
A bar and dining gazebo further develop the outdoor living space and the villa also exhibits a wonderful pool area lined with pristine white loungers and sun umbrellas ideal for sunbathing or reading a book.
The spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and contemporary cabinetry.
Three of the bedrooms are sited on the ground floor with shared access to an open-air patio, the master bedroom and an additional guest bedroom are located on the first floor which is accessed through a spiral staircase.
Each bedroom has a contemporary style décor with floor-to-ceiling curtains and unique artwork that boosts the modern style. The master suite features a small sitting area with views of the pool and gardens with a private patio overlooking the golf course.
The suite also features an oversized walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with modern grey and white marble tiling and chrome finishes throughout. A double sink vanity, rain shower, and inviting white marble tub to establish a luxurious bath space.
The remaining two bedrooms are in the guest cottage with crisp white décor with pitched ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The en-suite bathrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and consist of double sink vanity and rain shower.
Both of the bedrooms open onto the cottage's private terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the garden views. The cottage also has an equipped kitchen and sitting area with a flat-screen television where guests can relax.
The villa’s media room features comfortable seating, flat-screen television with Apple TV, chess/checkers table as well as an extensive selection of books if you need an escape from the beaming sun. There is also a leisure bar for easy access to cold drinks and snacks.
Casablanca offers great onsite facilities which include the villa's own private gym with high-end exercise equipment and a range of weights; the villa also has its own Astroturf tennis court.

Very Impressed
We were very impressed with Casablanca. The villa is truly beautiful. We were 14 people in total and used the guest cottage. We were slightly anxious that our guest in the cottage might not be happy but the two bedrooms are of equal standard to the 5 bedrooms in the main house. Yvonne from Exceptional Villas was extraordinarily helpful and Julie organized everything for us. We especially appreciated the fast track service at the airport and avoided standing in line for hours. Gaynelle was our Butler and she could not have been more helpful. We loved this villa and can highly recommend it.
Trip of a lifetime - Amazing staff
Decided to take the family away before the Festive season for 7 nights. I have stayed Beachfront in Barbados many times before so decided to take a 7 bedroom property in Sandy Lane Estate for a change. After lots of deliberations, we chose Casablanca and were delighted with the choice. The house was kept immaculately, wonderful swimming pool, the BEST food I have ever tasted and the staff were awesome! From the minute we landed at the door to the sad moment we departed everything was top notch. It was the staff who really made this vacation so Darick, Gaynelle and the rest of the staff, we thank you for such a memorable time at Casablanca. We will be back again !!!

The Ideal family getaway
Casablanca is a wonderful property for family and friends to reunite at. New owners have recently acquired the villa and have added their own personal touches. Along with spacious luxury bedrooms, you have a gym, tennis course and oversized swimming pool at your disposal as well as membership to the Sandy Lane beach club.
New owners - looking great
I visited Casablanca again as the owners had changed - just a short note to say it's looking just wonderful! There's such a wonderful feel to this villa, its real indoor/outdoor living in complete luxury! The new owners have some really beautiful art & have also added table tennis! A wonderful choice for a large family or gathering of friends.
PS: the pictures of a certain princess have moved on!
One of the Best Villas on the Sandy Lane Estate
Casablanca is a gorgeous 7 bedroom villa. % of the bedrooms are in the main house and 2 in a guest cottage which is of equal standard to the main house. The gardens and pool are stunning. There is also a tennis court and a fully equipped gym. We have had many of our discerning clients stay at Casablanca and all of them have been happy.
Total luxury
I found Casablanca very stunning..From the pool area, to the bedrooms & living the spaces. The decor is contemporary, bright & modern. Everything is top of the range.
I think the pool & terrace area are super for entertaining & what a bonus to have your own tennis court & gym.
Charmaine & her team take great care of everyone. The beach cabana at Sandy Lane beach is another hit.
