This magnificent 9-bedroom house in Barbados is located high up on the Sandy Lane Estate. Aliseo has beautiful decor, excellent facilities, and fabulous service.

Aliseo is a luxury property and has the wonderful advantage of having access to the very exclusive Sandy Lane Beach where there is a special area for Sandy lane Estate guests. This is approximately a 5-minute drive from Aliseo. Our Butler will make all the necessary arrangements for a day at the beach ensuring your sun loungers are ready and waiting for your use.

Aliseo has a lovely private swimming pool and the house is situated amidst beautifully manicured gardens. It is wonderfully quiet and relaxing and the second you step in the door you will feel yourself unwinding in this complete sanctuary.

Aliseo is located just a couple of minutes' drive to the main Sandy Lane Hotel and to Holetown where you will find an incredible selection of both designer and local shopping. This area in Barbados is also famous for its restaurants and there is an amazing selection of beautiful oceanfront restaurants to choose from. The beach at Sandy Lane is second to none and here you will be able to avail of a big variety of water sports. The sheltered beach is always calm and safe for swimming. Turtles can be seen a few meters offshore for those more adventurous and wishing to snorkel in the crystal clear waters.

The main entrance flows into the formal living area with a large spacious kitchen off to the left and also a formal dining area. This open-plan living and dining area has French doors that lead out onto a spacious, partly covered terrace overlooking the pool and manicured gardens – with its comfortable chairs and dining table that is the ideal spot for breakfast or a light lunch. Each of the nine spacious bedroom suites are air-conditioned, with ceiling fans, and each has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. All feature flat screen television with satellite TV.

The master bedroom is exquisite and is located on the top floor of the villa; it features a very large private terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and views of the grounds stretching out to the ocean. The lower floor of Aliseo is best suited for entertaining. There is a further open plan living room with a bar area, Karaoke, and a games table offering pool and table tennis. There is also an air-conditioned home theater and a well-equipped gym.

From the lower level, French doors lead out to a covered terrace area with BBQ and space for alfresco dining and this flows out to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The house is further complemented by a gazebo that commands sweeping views of the entire property and grounds.

When staying at Aliseo our staff will include a butler, housekeeper, chef (7 days per week, 3 meals per day), and poolside attendant. Other staff is available on request. The villa staff are extremely helpful and are able to make arrangements/reservations for you ensuring your stay at Aliseo is as relaxing and easy as possible.
