Yum Ha is an exceptional colonial-style property discreetly nestled on a lush 30-acre property, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Its beachfront cabana sits right on the paradisean Xpu-Ha beach.

This four-bedroom villa can accommodate up to ten people and is spread across three levels, while the beachfront cabana can accommodate up to four people.

The property is set around a colonial-style central patio. The ground floor of Yum Ha features two of the suites, each of which has a king-size bed, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces overlooking the garden. This is also a fully stocked kitchen on the ground floor as well as a living room, a dining room, and a terrace with an outdoor dining area. This indoor/outdoor living style is ideal for the warm weather of Mexico. The second floor features the Master suite with a king-size bed and a large terrace.

The pool on the property is nestled in the garden and boasts a wonderful palapa and an outdoor grill. This is ideal for spending days lazing and basking under the warm sun. You can dine alfresco and drink delicious beverages under the stars. There will be no better end to a day in this beachfront paradise. The beachfront cabana can seat up to four people on king-size sofa beds.

The property features a spacious seating area, indoors and outdoors. The property is nestled on a beautiful stretch of beach and features its own private beach palapa. It offers a lunch table, a hammock, and sun day beds. This is ideal for spending a day under the warm Mexican sun. Relax, swim, and sunbathe until your hearts’ content.

Villa Yum-Ha also features a large and beautiful swimming pool and comes with a private butler and housekeeping services. He staff at the villa will cater to your needs and will ensure a magnificent vacation for you and your guests.
