This villa features four stunning bedrooms in the main building and can house up to twelve guests. The master bedroom is complete with its own Japanese sento hot bath and direct access to the main pool and deck, while the remaining three rooms have their own private balconies. Admire the sunset out on your own veranda as you sip on a chilled glass of wine after dinner or curl up in a large hammock or chaise as you take in the nature all around you. All twelve guests can reside in just the four bedrooms, but an additional room is available. The fifth room is a glamping tent by the ocean equipped with two single beds; fall asleep to the calming sounds of the waves lapping against the shore.

In the interior living space, a state-of-the-art kitchen leads onto a large wooden dining table with panoramic views. To one side, a green sofa with matching chairs is surrounded by a coffee table. The jungle-side terrace is a delightful place to unwind with numerous seating options, including two oversized hammocks. Moving upwards, Casa Mam’s pride and joy is its spectacular roof terrace that boasts 360-degree views, with a lagoon on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other. This is the ideal spot for morning yoga or sunrise meditation. The property’s second pool can be found up here; splash around the rooftop infinity pool, or sunbathe on one of the many loungers available. This terrace is a lovely place to be any time, day or night, soak up the sun or really admire the stars above on a warm Summer night.

This 4.5-acre property is located in a protected natural area and a World Heritage Site, meaning that it uses the latest technology to minimize energy and water consumption. These modern appliances are powered using renewable energy from the wind and the sun, while rainwater is harvested to meet most of the guests’ needs. A/C is available, but it is not often needed as the residence is designed to maximize airflow and stay fresh and comfortable all year round.

• Please note because Sian Ka’an is a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish in order to protect endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.
• It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved, and therefore, distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition.
• Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
