This attractive and spacious property has a large private pool (that can be heated) and eleven bedrooms. Villa Girasole is air-conditioned and has a very private location, yet it is within easy distance of some of Italy's most admired towns and cities.

The Tuscan countryside is celebrated for its rolling hills, draped in vineyards and olive groves. Lesser focus is given to the gorgeous coastline. As a guest of Villa Girasole, you are a mere 12m from some of the prettiest coastal communities, where dips into the sea, followed by a lunch of fresh seafood, are blissful.

The property has been sympathetically restored, preserving the beautiful soft stone arches, natural finishes, and elements that create the unique atmosphere of this lovely home. Up to 22 guests can stay in the Villa, enjoying many indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxation, rejuvenation, and adventure. The private location of the Villa ensures you and your group can be as tranquil or playful as you wish as you swim, have games, dine late into the star-filled night, or sit in solitude in the gardens.

Villa Girasole has been cleverly developed as two independent dwellings. One of the self-contained apartments can comfortably accommodate eight guests. At the same time, the other apartment can provide lovely accommodation for up to 14 guests.

Each self-contained space has living rooms, fireplaces, a kitchen, and dining spaces. This property layout works very well if you are two families vacationing together. You can establish your family base in either dwelling, coming together during the day for play and adventure and dining as one large group under the shaded outdoor dining terrace.

A multi-generational group will also love letting the younger guests congregate to chat, watch TV, play music, and hang out in one living room while at the same time; older individuals can decompress in quieter and more relaxed spaces.

The slightly smaller residence accommodates eight guests and has two double bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor. There is a large open-plan kitchen and dining space with a fireplace. Two further double rooms with canopy beds and ensuites are on the first floor. There are divine country views from all the windows.

The quaint tower at the top of the building is accessed from this space. There are twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The small windows facing the compass's four corners allow for natural light. It's of the favorite rooms for younger guests.

All the common living spaces in both properties open onto the gardens. Although the Villa has two distinct residences, they are united under one roof. There's an easy flow of movement between both apartments, and friends traveling together are never far from one another.

The Villa's private pool has been cleverly designed to give maximum privacy to sunbathers and swimmers. The pool terrace is flanked by a perimeter of low hedging and natural stone walls with a useful small gate. A welcome safety feature to prevent exploring tots from going too far.

The large lawns and gardens have space for active kids to play and explore. Gentle walks through the countryside nearby are a lot of pleasure too. Villa Girasole is that wonderful combination of space and traditional Italian living wrapped in modernity, symbolizing a most memorable vacation.
