The villa features a stunning and spacious living room with a fireplace – ideal for cuddling up to. There is a large lounge area with TV and satellite for your entertainment and large couches for your comfort. The dining room is set up to cater for 8 guests and is lovely to spend family gatherings or catching up with old friends. The kitchen which is also situated on this side of the house comes fully equipped for those budding chef’s to create some tasty Italian dishes for all to enjoy.

Villa Lestra’s layout consists of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Access to the first floor is by a stone and cast iron staircase Here you will find 2 twin-bedded rooms that are en suite and also 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom these rooms are furnished with Sat-TV as well. Downstairs you have another double bedroom ensuite. All the rooms have panoramic views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

There is also a “toretta” which was recently converted into a relaxing lounge area. Stunning views of the surrounding hills are to be appreciated from here.

Outside is the terrace area and gazebo which is wonderful for Al Fresco dining. Imagine entertaining guests with drinks and canapés around your private pool while watching another sun setting over the Tuscany hills. Location wise Pisa and its airport are just 65km away, and Florence, Lucca and Siena are easily accessible. To the west, the Marina di Pisa beach and the shores of the Mediterranean are only 30 miles away.
