Welcome to Villa Olivo, a beautiful 6-bedroom villa in Italy’s famous La Marche region on the eastern coast, facing the Adriatic Sea.

Newly refurbished and sporting a brand-new look, Villa Olivo perches on the hillside with a vantage point like no other; with a stunning coastline view that’s framed by rolling hills, lovingly cultivated into vineyards and olive groves, Italy’s breath-taking scenery is visible from almost anywhere in the villa. A large and sprawling lawn that is well-manicured surrounds several patio areas on multiple levels; terrace doors allow access from various parts of the villa to the outdoors, and so indoor-outdoor living is very much encouraged. The large sun deck gives way to the lengthy infinity-edge swimming pool, the perfect remedy for keeping the heat at bay after sunbathing.

With no less than three areas to wine and dine in, Olivo is designed to appeal to the gourmet; all three can comfortably seat all guests of the villa, and each area is a contender for the favorite. The first, the dedicated dining room, is a sophisticated affair, with elegant chandeliers illuminating the space for an intimate dining experience.

The second, which may become a fast favorite, is the outer dining area. An elegant set of tables and chairs stretches across the terrace, creating a magical atmosphere where the true meaning of dining al fresco may be fully experienced. The third and final area resides in the larger open-plan common area, which also contains the lounge and kitchen and offers a more casual approach to dining together while enjoying a wonderful countryside backdrop beyond the terrace doors. The lounge area is filled with plush seating and uses minimalist décor, residing next to the retractable glass where the vista may be comfortable while in good company.

A state-of-the-art kitchen with modern appliances and sleek cabinetry will appeal to professional chefs and food enthusiasts alike, efficiently designed and ready to take on any culinary challenge that it is faced with. So, whether you fancy taking a whirl at preparing dinner for your family or friends or leaving it to the hands of a professional chef, the kitchen awaits your orders. Alternatively, the kitchen area outside that sports a large gas barbeque can be a very attractive option to enjoy a casual dinner al fresco.

Le Marche, a region famous for leatherworking and winemaking, stretches down the eastern coast of Italy for approximately 100 miles, facing out towards the beautiful Adriatic. Holding its own with any of Italy’s more famous regions, La Marche has plenty in store for the intrepid traveler; filled with medieval villages, historic monuments, rich farmland, and vineyards, as well as plenty of delicacies to sample along the way, exploring this side of the country is its own reward.

Ancona, the region’s ancient Greek-founded capital, is just about an hour away from the villa and hosts many ancient structures that still stand the test of time, including the Arch of Trajan and a Roman amphitheater. Pesaro, the birthplace of the famous composer Rossini, hosts a Rossini Opera Festival each August but is equally loved for the beaches and is a popular resort destination.

Citivanova Marche hosts some treasures of its own; Raphael Beach is just a ten-minute drive from the villa, with bars and restaurants aplenty to explore and enjoy while soaking up the sun.
