This property offers five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Just a short 25-minute drive south of Cancun International Airport, this villa is located right on the beach and close to all amenities and facilities you could wish for. The property is also close to Puerto Morelos, and a 10–15-minute drive to Playa del Carmen. The villa is also located in the quaint resort-type residential neighborhood of Playa Paraiso, which boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This being steps from your door is one of its main attractions.
