This conveniently located and well-appointed, beautiful home is only a short golf cart ride away from a five-star resort and only a quick walk away from an amazing sandy beach.
The décor at Villa 243 is a mix of Mexican and Mediterranean and is truly stunning.
It mixes elegance with understated touches of the local Mexican culture. The outdoor living areas of this Villa could be in the Mediterranean but indoors, you are definitely in Mexico. This Villa embraces the outdoors, and the interior and exterior blend seamlessly together, making the spectacular ocean views the main feature of the luxury Villa.
Villa 243 is home to five bedrooms, each of which has its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, every bedroom opens up onto a patio or private veranda where you can admire the sunset in the evening with a loved one or meditate on it as the sun rises. Should there be a last-minute addition to the number of guests, the Villa’s media room doubles as a bedroom with the sofa converting into a very comfortable bed.
The Villa has a kitchen with everything that could be needed in it, perfect for your dedicated chef to prepare any meal of your choice. The granite kitchen counter can comfortably seat three guests; a great option for the children or for good company if you are the one trying your hand at cooking. Near to this magnificent kitchen is a shaded outdoor dining space, and the indoor dining room table seats eight.
The place to be at Villa 243 is the outdoor pool area. The ultimate luxury on a hot day is a quick dip in the beautiful infinity pool or a soak in the gorgeous, raised jacuzzi. The exterior is 1,600 square feet and filled with loungers, chaises, and many seating arrangements for you to have a midday siesta or relax and read a favorite book. A shell-covered opium bed is a wonderful place to soak up the Mexican sun and get the much-ambitioned healthy tan on your body.
Villa 243 is a wonderful property for your vacation. With its location, facilities, size, and atmosphere, this Villa will provide the holiday of your dreams. It is situated next to the five-star One & Only Palmilla resort. A short golf cart drive will bring you to the resort's restaurants, bars, a world-class spa and tennis courts. Please be advised that access requires a reservation in advance. These can be made before arrival at your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence. . The resort swimming pool and private beach are for in-house guests only.

From the very beginning to the very end my experience with exceptional villas was amazing. They were so easy to work with and were a great help in organising our trip and making sure we got the right villa and destination. One of the best parts of this vacation was the One&Only; Palmilla resort, I really took advantage of the kids club and my husband and I loved relaxing at the beach club and In the spa.
