The decor at Villa 461 is both colourful and elegant. Bright Talavera tiling combines with travertine flooring. Dark wood furnishings complement the light colour scheme of the Villa and Doric pillars make this Villa look as though it would fit right into a fairy-tale with an added air of sophistication.

Villa 461 is home to five delightful bedrooms. When the time to retire for the night arrives, three master bedrooms and two rooms are set up to accommodate a family, with the main room connecting to dual bunkbeds with mini-me tables and chairs. This is especially great if you are travelling with young children. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated with tasteful Mexican décor with the main colour being white.

The gorgeous bathrooms at Villa 461 leave nothing to be desired. The large built-in bathtubs are a great way to spend a relaxing evening after a day out at the nearby town or golf course. The décor in these bathrooms is designed to match the bedrooms and perfectly compliments the rest of the Villa with the beautiful tiling and elegant finishing touches.

The Villa's kitchen is where you can find your very own gourmet chef. You can have a chat at the vibrant, tiled kitchen island or enjoy a more formal dining option, which is the long, rich wooden dining table surrounded by floor to ceiling windows letting the Mexican sunlight in. The effortless flow from kitchen to dining to living areas in this Villa adds to the spacious feel. Guests can also take their delicious snacks to any place they choose such as by the pool, on a private terrace overlooking the golden beach or in their own room.

The outdoor living area of the Villa is the highlight, complete with gorgeous views of the beach only metres away and the blue sea. The pool terrace has everything you could want, enjoy long conversations deep into the night by the Villa's very own fire pit and surrounding luxurious lounging arrangement as you hear the waves splash in the background. This home is situated next to the five-star One & Only Palmilla resort. A short 5-minute golf cart drive will bring you to the resort's restaurants, bars, a world-class spa, and the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus signature Palmilla golf course. Please be advised that access requires a reservation in advance. These can be made before arrival at your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence. The resort swimming pool and private beach are for in-house guests only.
