Welcome to Villa 498; this five-bedroom villa can house up to ten people and is the perfect private piece of paradise for you to spend time with a group of your chosen friends and family. The backdrop of your vacation will be the breathtaking views from this villa’s perch on the Baja Peninsula overlooking the blue Sea of Cortez.

Décor at this grand Los Cabos Villa is a tasteful balance of colonial and pre-Columbian Mexico with splashes of more contemporary décor and deep hardwood furnishings that complement the villa in the best ways possible. The large round archways on the main pool terrace allowed the outdoors to seamlessly merge with the indoors and completely open up the space beautifully.

Villa 498 is home to five bedrooms, three of which are masters. These stunning suites are complete with king beds, private terraces with sparkling sea views, as well as luxurious stone tiled bathrooms that have double vanities, stone tiled shower closets and bathtubs, all framed by picture windows. In the fourth bedroom, you will find a queen bed, and in the fifth, you will find two double beds.

Then if we direct our attention to the living spaces within Villa 498, we see a gourmet kitchen with a granite island, ideal for coffee or a snack. If you choose to, you can watch your very own dedicated chef whip up a storm of a meal from the kitchen island or watch some loved ones try their hand at cooking. A more formal dining table that seats eight people is only a metre or two away from a round marble dining table which is also for eight guests, just outside on the villa’s main terrace.

Continuing back inside past the dining areas, you will come to a family room containing two seating arrangements across from one another. One of which is facing a large television and entertainment system. There is also a third living room arrangement off of the marble foyer, which is the more formal of the three, and is perfect for entertaining.

The highlight of villa 498 is all of its outdoor space. With a large pool and a hot tub that overlook the sea, followed by the Balinese pavilion that centers around a large fire pit and offers guests a super comfortable hanging loveseat and conversation pit which is ideal for crowding around while having enthralling conversations deep into the night. This terrace is complete with many sunbeds and chaises, making the villa’s outdoors the perfect place to relax.

It is situated in a gated village adjacent to the five-star One & Only Palmilla resort. A short 5-minute golf cart drive will bring you to the resort's restaurants, bars and tennis courts. Please be advised that access requires a reservation in advance. These can be made before arrival at your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence. The resort swimming pool and private beach are for in-house guests only.
