Set on an oceanfront bluff just steps above a private beach, this Villa is truly exceptional and is perfect for those who love the luxury lifestyle. It is the ideal combination of modern architecture and Mexican character, enriched by design hues that reflect the colours of the sea, sky, and sand that surround it.

With seven bedrooms for guests to enjoy, all of which are suites, they will be spoilt for choice. There are two oceanfront master suites, two ocean-view suites, and two garden view suites. The three master suites are connected to the main living areas and have an en-suite bathroom each. No detail has been overlooked as they are completed with safes, minibars, robes, slippers and both indoor and outdoor showers, and of course, your own soaking tub.

All of the suites have their own air conditioning system and an independent sound system in each guest room and bathroom for everyone to enjoy their own music, whether relaxing or upbeat, according to the mood of the day. There are also 65”, 4K, flatscreen televisions, equipped with Netflix and Apple TV. A refrigerator and minibar in each room with complimentary assorted snack trays, water, sodas, and beer, means that you can enjoy a snack without even leaving your suite.

There are many living and dining areas on the upper and lower levels of Tesoro. The covered oceanfront terrace with infinity pool and comfortable seating area with dining bar featuring a 65” 4K TV, grill, and a pizza oven is a favourite, but any of the options are perfect for a chilled lunch or dinner after a long day of exploring the local town and surrounding areas. The indoor living space set up with another large-screen TV and ceiling-high glass sliding doors that extend the Oceanview inside, adds another casual area for a nice family dinner. Another nook can be found adjacent to the exhibition kitchen with an additional bar, powder room, ceiling-high glass sliding doors, and 55” TV 4K UHD, and Audio system.

Now, one of the best things that Tesoro has to offer is an extraordinary outdoor area. The sunsets are incredible because of where the house is positioned. After the sun goes down, a really fun welcome night party is thrown for guests that includes traditional dancers that put on an amazing show. Fun can be had at all times in the garden of Tesoro, and one of the most unusual features is practising your golf swing from our tee box, where you can drive golf balls into the ocean. Don’t fret! All the golf balls are made of biodegradable fish food!

There are many indoor special amenities too to keep you and the kids entertained. Tesoro’s very own movie theatre room is complete with a 150” screen, a laser projector and uber comfortable seating for up to twenty guests. This is a great place to get the family together and watch your favourite feature film. The games room is another perfect place for a fun night. It has a pool table and is great for video gaming. This room is “the” place for teenagers and those young at heart. For those even younger, there is a kids’ playroom too. There is no room for boredom at Tesoro!

The secret gem of Casa Tesoro is Club Tesoro, located behind a secret door disguised as a bookcase, club Tesoro is there for whenever you want a night out, but without the need to go out. It is equipped with a bar and a professional club disco system. It even features the original couch from Studio 54. Then, just down the hall, is your very own wine cave. It does not matter if you’re sipping your favourite champagne or wine, this room is a beautiful work of art to be enjoyed with a glass in your hand while admiring its amazing ceiling, covered in Mayan artefacts.

As if all of the above was not enough, Casa Tesoro has its very own spa located on the lower level; this is great for a spa day after a few days of adventuring. It has a steam room, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a shower and massage tables. A salon area for hair, make-up and mani-pedis; the girls’ day of your dreams takes place right at home. Ladies, if you never want to leave Tesoro, we can bring your own personal stylist. A Yoga and cardio room is also available for your daily sunrise meditation session or your invigorating exercise to start your day with a positive mindset.

Casa Tesoro also offers all kinds of additional spaces. One such space is a private office with a desk arrangement if you are one that needs to be in touch with the office even during your off-time. It provides silence and privacy, as well as a colour printer, copier and scanning services. The combination of views and sunlight make this room the perfect place to focus whilst still remembering you are on holiday.

Another highlight of this home is the large, 60 ft long, heated infinity pool for you to swim and relax in, no matter the time of day or evening. , It offers submerged seating on different levels and a kids area to make sure everyone is safe and happy. The oversized jacuzzi invites relaxation and fun chats with buddies while soaking in the bubbly water.

Tesoro also has direct access to the ocean with a wonderful spot that is perfect for snorkelling and admiring the life around you. Follow the little path to your very own secluded beach and you will discover another glorious place in which a very unique dining experience can be set up for you and your special someone. Your executive chef will fish, prepare and serve you fresh fish straight from the Pacific. This is the only secluded beach in Punta Mita, the only people that can get to this beach are the ones who are staying at Tesoro. Whether you want to ride jet skis in the ocean, horses along the beach or play cast away with your bestie, this beach is all yours, with no one to disturb you.

Just beside the beach there is a majestic cave hideaway, and when you want to turn up the romance, this hidden cave can be transformed into a super boho-chic style enclave. It's magical, and it is the best place to have dinner for two.
