Welcome to Casa Majani from Exceptional Villas, our magnificent 6 bedrooms, 8-bathroom home located inside the gates of the Four Seasons / St Regis gated community, Punta Mita on the Riviera Nayarit. This luxurious home is situated on a large plot, which is perfect for family gatherings or groups of friends as it can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, or 14 with children.

Casa Majani has the most beautiful setting with 50 meters of the Pacific Ocean to the front of the home, relax in the pool whilst taking in the Pacific surf. The main gathering area of this stunning home is the Grand Palapa, which offers a living and dining terrace, nestled beneath a palm-thatched roof. The focal point is the sustainable tropical wood dining table, created by local craftsmen that can seat up to 12 guests, as you enjoy unparalleled views of the surf and sunsets, simply magical.

Moving inside the home, there is a family and media room providing an air-conditioned comfortable space where you can watch a movie, listen to music or enjoy board games. The dining table is long and narrow, set under a vaulted ceiling, with comfortable seating for up to 14 guests, this is a fabulous space to share a meal and just relax.

The kitchen and breakfast dining area with ocean-facing windows is fully fitted for preparing a simple breakfast or a culinary delight! Celebrating a special occasion or just fancy being spoilt in the comfort of your vacation home by the dedicated home staff, just sit back to relax and enjoy.

Casa Majani has pools that give the appearance of being endless, the incredibly clever design offers undisturbed views of the blue horizon with over 150 feet of infinity edge. The smaller of the pools surrounds the Keili suite, where the shower in the en-suite bathroom has glass doors leading to the pool! Nearby, a vintage surfboard extending from the wall provides the perfect outdoor wet bar. Enjoy the stunning sunsets on the beach with a ground-level fire pit, situated on the sand beach terrace, very romantic.

Casa Majani offers its own yoga sanctuary. Tucari, meaning good energy, offers floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the reflection from the pools and lush gardens. For guests who need that adrenaline surge, there is an air-conditioned gym with Precor elliptical cross trainer and treadmill, bench and adjustable free weight set.

The 6 bedrooms – 5 suites and 1 garden bedroom – connected via a network of pathways, offer both privacy and luxury. All have king-size beds, with the exception of Guest suite 2 ‘Turi’, which has two double beds. All are en-suite and some have both indoor and outdoor showers. Every bedroom has air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TVs and each has a unique position to offer the ocean, garden or romantic setting. The garden bedroom ‘Xuto’ is located towards the back of the property, and whilst it is perfectly comfortable for a couple, it is a little smaller than the other guest suites.

LOCATION
There is so much to see and do in Punta Mita, it is the perfect haven for surfing – both experienced and beginners. Many of the best breaks are accessed by boat including the most popular one ‘The Point’ at Punta de Mita, but the small beach breaks and calmer waters of El Ancolote is the perfect spot for beginners or children. Just a short golf cart ride from Casa Majani is the Jack Nicklaus designed Pacifica course. This incredible course is set amidst views of white sand beaches and the majestic Sierra Madre Mountains that surround Riviera Nayarit. The owners of this incredible property recommend early morning paddleboarding at Kupuri.

During your stay at Casa Majani, you will have access to The Four Seasons Resort which features a five-star tennis facility with 10 courts – both hard courts and artificial grass courts.
From November to March is whale watching season in Banderas Bay. If you are very lucky you might see breaching and spouting humpbacks from the Palapa and pools at Casa Majani.
