DINING:
An Executive Chef leads the culinary team at Palmasola. A dedicated food smith, the Chef combines classical French training and modern Mexican cuisine that has shaped his style, Contemporary Mexican fusing traditional and cutting-edge techniques, strong cultural influences, and proud use of local and native ingredients.

Guests at Palmasola can dine out at some 15 different venues. The team at the villa works their magic to create a wide range and creative dining experiences. Whether it’s fine-dining in a secret beach enclave with an exceptional sunset backdrop or a family-style grill under a beach palapa with your feet in the sand, we can provide all experiences for you.

Palmasola features a complete Meal Plan, including all food and beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), for guests. Meals at Palmasola include breakfast served from a small menu, a three-course lunch, midday snacks, and a four-course dinner. Please note the meal plan is not optional and there is a 6-person minimum with the final guest count being confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Palmasola is an idyllic venue for intimate events and can cater to groups of up to 40 persons; a minimum 4-night reservation is required.
