Welcome to Palmasola, a stunningly beautiful 9-bedroom dream villa located in Punta Mita, Mexico. This unique home will be the ideal base from which you can explore all that this Mexican coastline has to offer; from some of the most exceptional beaches to incredible vistas that will leave you speechless, it provides it all.

Palmasola is far more than a villa, it is truly an estate and unique among beachfront properties worldwide. It has nine spacious bedrooms, all en suite, and can accommodate up to 22 guests (18 adults and 4 children):

MASTER RESIDENCE: This building comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 living area, a fully equipped executive study, a spa treatment/massage room (or nursery), a private master terrace with a Jacuzzi, and a roof terrace. It has direct access to the pool and all accommodations have ocean views.
Bedroom 1 - Sol Suite: 1 King bed - Top suite with outdoor terrace, jacuzzi, balcony, study, and rooftop terrace.
Bedroom 2 - El Mar: 1 King bed (or two full-size beds) - Ground floor with ocean view.
Bedroom 3 - La Tierra: 1 King bed - Ground floor, wheelchair accessible with direct access to the shallow portion of the swimming pool.

GUEST RESIDENCE: This two-floor structure has 4 bedrooms (2 with outdoor terraces and showers), 2 living areas, and a private roof terrace. It is set within our verdant main garden space and offers views of the ocean and pool.
Bedroom 4 - El Caracol: 1 King bed - Second floor with outdoor veranda, shower, table and chairs.
Bedroom 5 - Las Mariposas: 1 King bed (or two twins) - Second floor with a small veranda.
Bedroom 6 - Los Delfines: 1 King bed - Ground floor with outdoor veranda, shower, and chaise lounges.
Bedroom 7 - Las Tortugas : 1 King (or two twins) - Ground floor with access to gardens.

GARDEN SUITES: Two luxuriously spacious suites with a shared patio. Ideal for families with many children and teenagers. Both suites can accommodate extra bedding.
Bedroom 8 - El Viento: 1 King bed - Full twin couch and a smaller couch.
Bedroom 9 - Las Olas: 2 Queen beds (or 1 King bed) - Two twin-sized couches.

The lush and verdant grounds include a 200-foot-long pool, a pickle-ball court complete with a spectator gallery, a gym, a media room, a garden space for outdoor games and activities, and extensive beach toys for the one hundred meters of white sand beachfront on one of the most swimmable and restricted-access beaches on Mexico’s Pacific Coast - it is a jewel without compare.

DINING AND MEAL PLAN:
Palmasola provides a new luxurious dinner setting and theme each night, raising anticipation each day of what is next! The cuisine is international class and attentive to the dietary needs and preferences of every guest. It features a complete mandatory Meal Plan, including all food and beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), for guests. Meals at Palmasola include breakfast served from a small menu, a three-course lunch, midday snacks, and a four-course dinner. Please note the Meal Plan is not optional and there is a 6-person minimum with the final guest count being confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival.

The culinary team is comprised of the Executive Chef and full kitchen crew, incredibly attentive and kind waitstaff, and a fabulous mixologist. We will work with you to create customized menus, covering the range from a 4-course gourmet dinner with paired wines on the beach to casual family-style tapas complete with poolside margaritas.

As a guest of the Signature Estates, the most exclusive beach in Punta Mita, you will also have full access/signing privileges to the Four Seasons Resort, just a short walk down the beach. This includes access to the Apuane Spa with a salon, state-of-the-art gym, kids’ clubs, Lazy River, and boutiques. From the property, it is easy to access great activities to fit the needs of your group - scuba, coastal and deep sea fishing, surfing, horseback riding, zip-lining, hiking, biking, sunset sails, jet skiing, ATV tours, etc.

TRANSPORTATION: We will coordinate your private transfers from and back to the airport and will also provide complimentary use of two six-passenger golf carts for travel within Punta Mita. Additionally, our staff can provide transportation via a 6-passenger SUV, complimentary for trips within the gates of the Punta Mita resort.
