Welcome to Casa Koko, where a wonderful 9-bedroom oceanfront villa awaits you in the prestigious Punta Mita community in Mexico.

A stunning property by all accounts, Casa Koko is a masterclass in design and architecture, brought to life by the talents of architects Juan Collignon and Manolo Mestre, and interior designer Karen Collignon. Casa Koko exemplifies luxury island living without the formalities; pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters, experience the feeling of freedom in peaceful surroundings while enjoying the conveniences of modern luxury and comforts. Upon entering, a beautiful radial pattern stone patio gives way to a boardwalk leading to the cavernous palapa that is the focal point of the casa. Using local materials and construction techniques, the palapa’s beach hut motif is carried through the design by the beautiful palm-thatched roof spanning over the dining terrace, mature palms waving lazily in the breeze on all sides of the property. A seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, the dining terrace also features numerous plush couches and chairs to sink into, the perfect gathering point for meals, casual conversation or entertainment.

A landscaped garden filled with lush tropical plants and a wide terrace joins at the rear of the property into a beautiful angular infinity-edge pool that overlooks the bay. Exterior lighting adds to the allure of the cool waters, making a night-time swim under the stars all the more tempting. Sun loungers line the edge of the pool on the terrace, for soaking up rays of the sun. Just below the eye line of the pool, a sand terrace sits, quiet and secluded, with comfortable beach chairs surrounding a fire pit, completing the intimate setting.

While the impressive outdoor features of Casa Koko may make guests reluctant to go inside, the casa’s expansive interior is just as remarkable. Retractable glass panes in the casa’s great room link the expansive open-concept space to the shaded deck, and by proxy, the outdoor dining area. Filled with comfortable, plush couches and chairs, with a widescreen TV facing the long L-shaped couch, the invitation to settle into the cushions and watch a movie is always open.

The bedrooms of the house are lavishly furnished; beautiful dark-hued woods embellish each of the rooms, in the form of various pieces of bespoke furniture. All beds are dressed in luxurious linens, and sinking into the sheets at the end of each day is a joy. En-suite bathrooms are attached to each room, with expertly crafted stone-carved washbasins and bathtubs adorning them.

• Shopping & Gallery tour at Sayulita (20 min from Punta Mita): The tour is led by the villa's Concierge, who knows the best small boutiques and galleries to visit. Includes round transportation on an A/C van.
• Mexican Cooking Class: Led by our chef, this cooking lesson can be adapted to different ages, which makes it a fun activity for children and adults alike. Our guests can choose the dish or dishes they are interested in learning.
• S'mores under the moonlight: Nothing better to close a day in paradise than grilling gooey s'mores, with your feet in the sand of our oceanfront terraces. For adults, we have Oporto wine, which makes a great pairing with s'mores!
• Hiking tour (20 min from Punta Mita): Led by a guide knowledgeable in the fauna, flora, geography, and culture of the region. The route can be adapted to different fitness levels. Includes round transportation on an A/C van.
• Bicycle tour (for six guests at a time): Low-difficulty cycling tour inside the gated community of Punta Mita. Led by one of our staff members. Tour length and the route can be adapted to different fitness levels.

RATES
Casa Koko can be rented starting at 5 bedrooms (10 guests), up to its full capacity of 18 adults and 4 children. Regardless of the number of bedrooms, the villa will be entirely private for you and your guests and comes with the same attentive staff, amenities, and services such as airport transfers, golf cars, and bicycles. The rates quoted are based on the property's maximum occupancy of 18 adults and 4 children, please enquire about a rate for a lesser number of guests.

• Food & Beverage deposit: USD$ 120 per night, per adult.
• Service Fee: 10% over the total Rental Fee.
• Rental Fee and Service Fee are subject to 16% VAT tax.
• A refundable USD$ 15,000 Security Deposit is required.
