Perched along the coast of Grand Cayman you will find the luxurious 5-bedroom Villa, Abita Kai. This villa is set on the oceanfront with access to a powdery barefoot beach. The property is based in the tranquil and sought-after location of Rum Point in Cayman Kai, on the northern part of the island and is only moments away from the famous Starfish Point. The villa encompasses a profusion of top-class amenities and luxurious features including the idyllic new dock on a barefoot, white sand beach, private swimming pool, and the panoramic ocean views.

This airy and spacious oceanfront villa opens out onto a newly built sundeck and features the best views overlooking the beach and the Caribbean Sea. The calm shallow waters that fringe the beach offer stunning ocean views bursting with shimmering blue and turquoise hues. Enjoy a morning swim in the large infinity edge pool and dry off under the sun as you snooze on the sunbeds. The oceanfront two-story screened balcony/terrace spans the entire width of the main house on the first floor and ground floor.

You can retreat to the shade cast by the surrounding trees and large parasols. The location also offers incredible sunset views, which is best enjoyed from the terrace. Walk along the private dock to get those picture-perfect sunset images, right over the waters. Dine alfresco surrounded by your loved ones as the sky fades from a warm orange to a deep midnight blue. Stargaze on the sun loungers and let the sound of the waves against the shore lull you into relaxation.

The main living area is open plan and expands over two stories. The kitchen, dining, and living area are all open onto the covered and screened terrace on the ground floor. The rooms hold views of the pool and the sea. The living area has a large L shaped sofa that sits opposite a plasma screen TV. There is an outdoor lounge area on the covered terrace ahead and the dining area is behind it. The dining table seats six guests while the kitchens breakfast counter seats an additional three. The kitchen comes fully equipped and is designed with marble counters, wooden cabinetry and opens onto the alfresco dining area seating six guests. The living areas all offer light and refreshing spaces to relax, with tiled floors, beige walls and panoramic sea views as your backdrop.

The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests in total, which includes 12 adults max and 4 children. Infants sleeping in cribs do not count against occupancy. Pack-n-plays and baby equipment are complimentary. Abita Kai is completely wheelchair accessible, including the pool and the beach area. The elevator, pool lift, and a beach wheelchair are available upon request.

The estate offers 5 bedrooms in total, 3 of which are in the main villa and two in a separate detached 2-bedroom guest cottage above the garage. With a galley kitchen and living area, this detached cottage offers privacy and space for guests, all within the same oceanfront estate. The bedrooms all feature private en-suite bathrooms.
