Welcome to Fischer’s Reef, a beautiful 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom villa right on the beach in Grand Cayman. This beachfront villa enjoys easy and direct access to the white powdery shoreline along the northern coast of the island in Rum Point. This laid-back and vibrant area enjoys calm waters and a peaceful atmosphere. Fishers Reef is the perfect vacation rental for families, groups of friends, or couples traveling to this Caribbean island.

The beach at Fischer’s reef has white powdery sand and enjoys excellent snorkeling within the protected marine park. The villa includes a single kayak and a tandem kayak which allows you to explore the clear turquoise waters along the coast. If you prefer to stay on the dry sandy shoreline you can relax in the oceanside cabana or the hammock. You will never be tired of relaxing by the sea here at Fischer’s reef. The villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy the colourful sunrise over the island and also offers spectacular stargazing with minimal light interference.

Making your way onto the pool terrace the villa features a large oceanfront pool. The pool is heated to 88 degrees and additional heat between 88-92 degrees is available during the cooler, winter months for an extra cost. The pool is fringed with sun loungers and plenty of outdoor seating. Spend time chatting with loved ones along the terrace or perhaps enjoy the elevated views of the first-floor balconies.

Fischer's reef is a modern and elegant villa that spans across two floors. The main living areas are open plan and are based on the first floor, with access out onto the oceanfront balconies. The ocean views are best enjoyed from the two large dining tables that seat a total of 20 guests. The indoor living and dining areas are furnished with high-quality upholstered furniture. The fully equipped kitchen is located in the next room and includes an additional breakfast dining table and ample counter space. The balcony has an exterior spiral staircase that connects the balcony with the pool deck. There are three king bedrooms based on this floor (A detailed bedroom layout is listed below)

The pool-level living area features a kitchenette with a coffee center and microwave, and a dining table with seating for 6. There is an additional living area on this floor also, which includes a 75" LED TV for movies and games. It includes Apple TV and a Sonos sound system. On this pool level, you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms.

The villa is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and a 7-zone central air conditioning system. There is a home security system available for guest use as well as a small deposit safe for valuables.

LOCATION DETAILS
Fischer’s Reef is located right on the beach in Rum Point, Grand Cayman. Is found along the northern coast of the island within a designated marine park teeming with abundant marine life just steps off the infinity pool.

There is no fishing is allowed within this protected habitat and guests are advised not to touch or disturb the coral reef. To avoid accidentally damaging the coral, we discourage the use of flippers when snorkeling.

The big draw to this area is the reason many people travel to this relaxed northern coast of Grand Cayman is due to the Rum Point Club. This is a public beach club that has a fantastic barefoot beach. There are many great Things to do in Grand Cayman . You can enjoy an incredible array of water sport activities here, from the dock. There is a vibrant restaurant bar and grill and a gift shop here too. The beach offers a pick-up beach volleyball game area and great snorkeling. Fischer's Reef is less than a mile east of this famous Rum Point Club.

The Island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere in Grand Cayman. You are about a 40-minute drive from the famous Seven Mile beach by car. Or you could take a water taxi from Rum point to Camana Bay (a 15-minute boat journey) where you can then enjoy endless dining and shopping, as well as being a 10-minute walk from Seven-mile beach.

Fischer’s reef offers a white sand beach but can also have spots of rocky “iron shore” with natural rock formations. We recommend wearing pool shoes so as not to harm the abundant marine life in the water (no fins please, as this damages the incredible coral formations). The trade winds here bring gentle and refreshing breezes and reduces the number of insects.

When spending time on Grand Cayman's stunning beaches and in the Sea, it is good to note that since the island has many protected reefs, it is common courtesy to use eco-friendly sunscreen. Many sunscreen brands have chemicals that are toxic to some fish and coral larvae as well as making the coral reef vulnerable to bleaching.
