Welcome to Kai Zen, a quaint and peaceful 3 bedroom/3-bathroom villa along the laid-back coast of Grand Cayman. The villa is ideally located along the northern coast of the island, the villa enjoys nearby access to the Rum point beach club. The villa is perched on a barefoot beach and is perfect for a family retreat to Cayman, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably.

Kai Zen offers a quiet atmosphere, along a secluded residential road in Cayman Kai. The villa has its own beachfront setting, with calm water. The sand is ultra-soft and is a great barefoot beach with shallow warm water. There are some natural turtle grasses in the water, but nothing to interrupt your peaceful time here. You can explore the water here with the paddle boards or kayaks which are available for rent at the villa. Kai Zen is positioned to enjoy the northwestern sunset views facing the Stingray Sandbar. You can also walk barefoot all the way down to Starfish point about a mile away.

On making your way into this luxurious waterfront villa, you will notice the property is surrounded by lush tropical plants, tall swaying palms, and vibrant flowers. The driveway leads you up to the gentle mint-colored home and has ample space for parking as well as a private garage. Upon entering the villa, your focus will be drawn through the living room's ceiling-to-floor windows and out onto the white sand beach and shimmering blue sea.

The interiors reflect a contemporary and modern home, complete with smooth tiled floors, plush sofas, tasteful art, and warm caramelized wooden furniture. The villa is built over two floors and there offers elevated sunsets views. The living, dining, and kitchen area are open plan and seamlessly transition out onto the terrace and beach via the sliding doors.

The terrace is where you will find a small and refreshing freshwater pool. Here you can lounge by the water and enjoy the tropical breeze. You could also snuggle up in the cozy hammock along the beach as you delve into your favorite book or simply relax listening to the waves roll onto the shore.

We can arrange car rental, VIP airport assistance, airport transfers, pre-stock the villa with groceries prior to your arrival, make restaurant reservations, spa treatments, organize excursions, and much more. LOCATION DETAILS
Kai Zen is located along the glistening coast of the Grand Cayman Islands in Cayman Kai. The property is based specifically in the tranquil and sought-after location of Rum Point on the northern part of the island. This location is simply moments away from the famous Starfish Point. The villa is based on the beach and indulges in panoramic ocean views

Grand Cayman Island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from any of the key locations. Cayman Kai offers the best beaches as they do not have as much marine and plant life inhabiting the shallows.

The sunsets in this location are breathtaking and Barefoot beach allows you to make the most of these wonderful evenings. Along the beach, you will find the Rum Point Club. This is a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, many water sports activities, a delicious restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. You will also be able to find the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and marina along Rum Point.

The Kaibo is only 300 yards from Kai Zen Villa and is an excellent place to grab a morning coffee, lunch, or dinner in their upstairs dining area. The Kaibo also has a marina and is where many private charters will collect guests for private deep-sea fishing trips, snorkel safaris, or charters to Stingray City.
