Ideally located along the northern coast of the island, the villa enjoys nearby access to the Rum point beach club. It is one of the most exclusive beachfront residences, accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably.
Paradis Sur Mer offers a quiet atmosphere, along a secluded residential road in Cayman Kai, with limited traffic. The vacation rental is perfect for families or friends to simply relax and indulge in this island lifestyle. The villa has its own beachfront setting, with calm, clean water. The sand is ultra-soft and is a great barefoot beach with shallow warm water. There are some natural turtle grasses in the water, but nothing to interrupt your peaceful time here. You can explore the water here with the paddle boards or kayaks provided by the villa. There is a private dock along the water where you can have a private charter boat
On entering through the private gated entrance, the driveway will lead you into the courtyard. Here you are surrounded by tropical gardens and two private garages on either side. The garages both have a second floor with king bedrooms suitable for two adults each. The courtyard holds up to 8 parked vehicles in total.
Making your way into the villa you will be greeted by the large open plan interiors featuring ceiling to floor windows and doors, seamlessly transitioning onto the terrace. The living area is laced with high-end furnishings and overlooks the pool and ocean beyond. The interiors expand across 12,000 square feet and includes an elevator, working office, utility, and laundry rooms. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for your use during your vacation. You can even hire a chef to cater to your meals. There is an outdoor kitchen along the terrace, perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying delicious freshly cooked food under the stars.
The terrace is where you will find yourself spending most of your time. With ample outdoor seating throughout the lush gardens, the stunning barefoot beach, lounge chairs, and the private 18-person heated spa, there are opportunities to relax. You can even soak in the incredible sunsets from the wraparound roofed veranda that can open to the gentle breeze.

Paradise Sur Mer is located along the glistening coast of the Grand Cayman Islands in Cayman Kai. The property is based specifically in the tranquil and sought-after location of Rum Point on the northern part of the island. This location is simply moments away from the famous Starfish Point. The villa is based on the beach and indulges in panoramic ocean views
Grand Cayman Island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from any of the key locations. Cayman Kai offers the best beaches as they do not have as much marine and plant life inhabiting the shallows.
The sunsets in this location are breathtaking and Barefoot beach allows you to make the most of these wonderful evenings. Along the beach, you will find the Rum Point Club. This is a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, many water sports activities, a delicious restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games.
