Welcome to Ville Adiacente, a magical combination of two, three-bedroom adjacent villas within the celebrated Casa Luna residential resort on Grand Cayman.

Up to 12 lucky guests can relax, rejuvenate, and explore the marvelous indoor and outdoor settings of Casa Luna 16 and 17, where a resort infinity pool, furnished gardens, terraces, and a barefoot beach are wonderfully laid out for your pleasure.

This luxury development is only 15 minutes by car from Owen Roberts International Airport. On arrival at Ville Adiacente, you will be met by the Property Manager, who will orient you and your group, explaining the amenities and layout of the Resort. Life at Ville Adiacente is serene. The luxurious setting of this low-density Resort overlooks a pretty, sandy cove just south of the acclaimed Seven Mile Beach.

A contemporary vacation lifestyle is at the heart of life at Ville Adiacente. These air-conditioned Villas reference the grandeur of traditional Tuscan properties with high-end furnishings, luxury amenities, and elegance beneath a red tiled roof. Each Villa is set over multiple levels with over 3,500 square feet of residential space per property complemented by lovely outdoor areas, furnished balconies, and views. The bedrooms are conveniently distributed over the upper and lower levels, ideal for guests who like to be close to the reception room and terrace areas.

The middle level of each Villa has fully equipped kitchens, dining rooms, and living room areas. A large retractable glass wall allows the veranda and furnished yards to blend seamlessly with the interiors.

Ville Adiacente is ideal for two families or a group of couples who enjoy vacationing together while retaining an element of self-containment within their respective properties. The group can come together daily at the infinity pool or beautiful sandy beach to relax and swim, enjoying the limitless turquoise views.

Only a few Villas within Casa Luna are available for short-term rent, with the remaining used occasionally by overseas owners. Consequently, this arrangement rarely ensures full occupancy of the Resort, and guests feel a lovely sense of privacy and space.

Ville Adiacente has five kings and one twin bedroom divided over the two self-contained luxury properties. Each bedroom has a beautifully modern ensuite bathroom finished in sleek marble tiles with robes and amenities. The bedlinens and furnishings throughout are of the highest standard and provide a luxurious aspect to life in this exclusive enclave.

Both villas are within a few steps of the infinity pool and heated spa. The Resort has a dedicated fitness center within a short walk, too. Throughout the properties, there is fiber-optic Wi-Fi for multiple streaming devices. There are Smart TVs and Sonos soundbars too.

The fully equipped kitchens have high-end appliances and a breakfast bar. There is indoor and outdoor dining in each Villa. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed at the outdoor gas-fired barbecue grill, and on relaxed evenings, sipping a rum punch on the sectional outdoor sofas under the stars is memorable.

Guests who enjoy a delicious night out can stroll to Grand Old House Cayman for an unforgettable dinner. This venue is one of the island's most celebrated oceanfront dining experiences. BOOKING INFORMATION:
