Welcome to Blue Serenity, a modern 4 bedroom/4-bathroom oceanfront villa along the laid-back southeast coast of Grand Cayman. The villa is ideally located along the beach and enjoys incredible ocean views. The villa is perfect for a family or group of friends traveling to Cayman, accommodating up to 8 adult guests (max) + 2 children in a day-bed in the den.

Blue Serenity provides a relaxed waterfront atmosphere with its own beachfront setting. The water access here provides incredible snorkeling along the reef-protected shallows. There are some natural turtle grasses in the water, but this is completely natural and easily avoided with water shoes. The south coast water tends to be very calm on the beaches.

Villa Blue Serenity is a great family vacation rental. The villa is a short drive to Georgetown and Seven Mile beach while also being located along the quieter and more tranquil southeast coastline. The terrace and pool area are at the side of the property and provides ample amenities for you to enjoy. Swim in the refreshing water of the infinity-edge pool or spend the day lounging in the sun. You could also have a walk along the shore or swim in the sea, the choice is yours.

There is a shaded cabana on the beach with hammocks as well as bench seating and a private dock. This is perfect for water sports enthusiasts, kayak off from the dock and explore these azure waters at your own pace. In the evenings, dine alfresco on the elevated oceanfront terrace and cook up some delicious food on the BBQ grill.

The interiors reflect a contemporary and modern home and expand across two floors. The lower level apartment comes complete with a separate kitchen, living area, plus a full bath and bedroom (bedroom 4). Making your way up to the upper-level floor, you will notice the open plan design that overlooks the panoramic ocean views. The room opens out onto an elevated 60-foot enclosed sun porch connecting all 3-bedrooms. The kitchen on the upper level comes fully equipped with new modern stainless-steel appliances, cookware, glassware, and cutlery.

The villa has 4 bedrooms in total. There are 3 suites on the upper level and one bedroom on the lower level.

Middle Suite: upper-level, ocean views, king bed, en-suite bath with dual vanity and shower, large closet and dresser, ceiling fan, individual A/C controls, walk-out access to the sun porch.
West Suite: upper-level, ocean views, king bed, en-suite bath with dual vanity and shower, large closet and dresser, ceiling fan, individual A/C controls, walk-out access to the sun porch.
Guest bedroom: Lower-level, king bed, ceiling fan, shared bathroom across the hall.

*Additional Bedding: there is a daybed on the lower level, in the den, that sleeps 2 children.

Blue Serenity is in the Cottage District along the central south coast of Grand Cayman. Grand Cayman Island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from any of the key locations. This area is within a short drive to the nearby George Town and Seven Mile Beach.

A short 15-minute drive west will lead you to a local grocery store called Fosters and the Savannah pharmacy. The villa is located near the Lighthouse Restaurant and the Queen Elizabeth Botanical Gardens.
