Pease Bay House is a property distinguished by an expansive infinity pool and a private tennis court. Stepping into the villa's foyer, guests are greeted by the magnificent panorama of the Caribbean Sea—a memorable and unparalleled first impression. The architectural opulence pervades the villa with travertine marble floors, mahogany embellishments, plantation shutters, and privacy blinds adorning each bedroom.

A sprawling thatched beach cabana, complete with a hammock, invites moments of relaxation and afternoon siestas. Children can scour the shoreline in either direction, hunting for shells, treasures, and sea glass. The beach remains an undisturbed sanctuary, with scarcely a soul in sight apart from the immediate neighbor to the west.

The owner's housekeepers provide light cleaning services on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Additionally, the owner's cook, except for festive seasons when she returns home for holidays, can be engaged in advance for culinary services. Coordinate cooking arrangements directly with the property manager after confirming your booking. A mere 10-12 minutes away from the Countryside Shopping Village in Savannah, Pease Bay House offers proximity to a vast grocery store, a pharmacy, a wine shop, a gym, banking facilities, restaurants, and take-away eateries.

Just 10 minutes away lies the Grand Cayman Villas' private fitness center, exclusively accessible to our villa guests. It boasts an array of cardio equipment, weights, universal machines, resistance bands, rowers, bikes, and a yoga studio.
Pease Bay House maintains a strict non-smoking policy and does not permit pets. Furthermore, the owner kindly requests refraining from hosting weddings or events with guests on the premises.

• A new oceanfront breakfast with pool deck access was recently added.
• Many guests will hire the owner's cook or a private chef for a memorable gourmet at-home dinner.
• The grand formal dining room has a 12-foot table and stunning chandeliers.
• The media room/den offers a sleeper sofa and a full ensuite bathroom for up to 2 children (aged 12 and under only).
• Propane grill on the pool deck just outside the kitchen for island cookouts.
