Welcome to On The Rocks, a luxury 7-bedroom private Oceanfront villa in Grand Cayman.

This villa proudly rests on the Beach Bay bluff over the shimmering azure Caribbean waters. The beautiful “On the Rocks” offers a rare elevation for Grand Cayman, making it a scenic paradise. Its elegantly furnished, sumptuous, and spacious rooms in this deluxe villa are a delight to all. The private positioning allows for a quiet setting - yet with only a 2-minute walk to a lovely sandy beach that you’ll often be the only ones inhabiting it!

Having everything anyone would need on vacation, it can comfortably accommodate up to 14 persons within the 6 bedrooms main house, and the 7th bedroom studio apartment above the garage. The setup of the sleeping arrangements is as follows:

Bedroom 3 - Queen Suite #2: Optional Over the garage suite with a queen bedroom, kitchenette, living room with a TV, and an ensuite bath.
Bedroom 4 - Guest Bedroom #1: Upstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bath with the twin bedroom.
Bedroom 5 - Guest Bedroom #2: Main level bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bath with the other queen bedroom.
Bedroom 6 - Guest Bedroom #3: Main level bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bath with the other queen bedroom.
Bedroom 7 - Guest Bedroom #4: Upstairs bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bath with the upstairs queen bedroom.

On the Rocks also offers a large BBQ grill, perfect for a seaside cookout while the family relaxes on this magnificent property.

For those who want to enjoy an active vacation, this property has its own sets of golf clubs, ping pong table, and 2 adult bicycles to enjoy!

Located just a 20-minute drive to the airport, George Town and the famous Seven Mile Beach, and the new upscale shopping area at Camana Bay.

The state-of-the-art kitchen will give endless joy to any chef and hungry vacationers. The large pool and deck area will provide many pleasant hours of soaking in the warmth of the Caribbean sunshine with the occasional quiet swim to cool the senses.
