Gorgeous Villa Tulumar is developed over two levels. At the lower level, guests gather for amazing dining courtesy of the Villa's private chef. ACCESSIBILITY: The first floor is ADA-compliant, accessible from the front entrance to the outdoor dining under the beachside palapa.

SUSTAINABILITY: Villa Tulumar is self-sustaining. We collect our rainwater and have a well with a reverse osmosis desalination plant for purified drinking water, biodigester, Solar Panels with batteries, and an electric generator plant. We also maintain 2 Internet ISPs with cellular data backup. We have done everything possible to ensure you always have water, power, a/c, and internet.

Lovely Tankah Bay is protected by the second-largest barrier reef in the world, ensuring calm waters, ideal for snorkeling or swimming. The Villa's staff rake your stretch of beach daily to remove any natural seaweed debris that may have washed ashore, ensuring a soothing day by the ocean.

PLEASE NOTE: Tulum is booming. Like most of Tulum, there is an active construction nearby scheduled to be completed in February 2024. There is a 10-foot privacy wall. The adjacent building is in the interior phase of construction (plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc), and all the concrete has been poured. The heavy machinery phase of construction is completed. Noise cannot be heard inside the Villa due to hurricane-grade windows and concrete walls, but there is some hand tool noise outside from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the work week.
