Welcome to our gorgeous standalone Villa Licia, in the heart of Val d'Orcia, Tuscany, with an outdoor swimming pool (5 x 10 x 1.35), jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, fitness area, and children's games.
The villa is 5 km from the historic villages of Montepulciano, Sarteano, and Cetona and close to three lakes: Montepulciano, Chiusi, and Trasimeno (accessible within a 15-minute drive). From Villa Licia, you can arrange a variety of excursions, wine tours in the Rosso di Montepulciano valleys, trips to Pienza (20 minutes by car), Siena (approximately 35 minutes away), or explore the archaeological sites in Cetona. The villa provides every comfort for a delightful holiday with your family and furry friends.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Villa Licia has three levels.
GROUND FLOOR:
As you step onto the ground floor, you're greeted by a cozy living room adorned with plush sofas, offering entertainment options like PlayStation and video games, board games, and Netflix. Adjacent is a study, complete with a convenient bathroom boasting a sink and toilet. Continuing through, you'll find a spacious living area and dining room, inviting you to gather and unwind. The well-equipped kitchen has modern amenities, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, American fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee makers, blender, and more.
FIRST FLOOR:
Ascending to the first floor, discover a haven of comfort and convenience. A charming double bedroom awaits here, accompanied by two bathrooms for added convenience—one featuring a rejuvenating shower and the other a luxurious bathtub. Across the way, another double bedroom awaits, offering access to an inviting open terrace and a bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
SECOND FLOOR:
The journey continues to the second floor, where additional restful retreats await. A spacious double bedroom awaits, adorned with a cozy single bed and an en-suite bathroom boasting a refreshing shower. Nearby, a delightful bedroom with two single beds promises a peaceful night's sleep. On the opposite end of this floor, discover another welcoming double bedroom with a single bed and a convenient bathroom featuring a rejuvenating shower. Finally, a charming twin bedroom completes this floor, ensuring ample space for rest.
At Villa Licia, every corner exudes warmth and hospitality, inviting you to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones amidst the beauty of Val d'Orcia.
Three portable air conditioners are available for your comfort.
