If you wish to venture further, this property is only a stone's throw away from cities of art, including, Florence, Pisa, and Siena. There are many seaside resorts not too far away either including Versilia (Forte Dei Marmi and Viareggio) and Montecatini and the Grotta Giusti, famous for their natural spas with qualified “wellness” treatments.

Villa Le Terme is the perfect place for people who want a holiday in total privacy, relaxation, and serenity in the Tuscan countryside but who also want shopping and transport nearby. This villa boasts peace and privacy while also being easily accessible. You can have the best of both worlds at Villa la Terme. The nearest town, Cintolese, is 1.5km away and has all the amenities you will need during your vacation, including a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, cafe’, and bank, and is only a short walk to a pizza/restaurant in the evening.

For sports and fitness lovers, there is a very well-equipped fitness room above the spa area, reachable by a lift. There is an 18-hole golf course, “La Pievaccia,” just a short 2 km away, and a tennis club as well. This is great for competitive people in the group or for those looking to burn off some steam.

This wonderful property is surrounded by a large and well-maintained garden featuring a large pool also. The pool is an obvious focal point of this villa. It is lined with comfortable sunbeds and shaded by large umbrellas. There are also two outdoor showers in this space also.

You can also enjoy a few drinks or just relax and read a book on the wooden pergola. Comfortable seats and a spacious area make for a great place for all guests to come together and enjoy quality time together.

The kitchen leads to an outside pergola where you can eat and enjoy the local products. In the well-manicured garden, there is also a barbeque area. There is a spacious parking area outside the gates but inside the property.

The villa (340 square meters) is laid out on two floors and can sleep 13 people. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, airy, and perfect for a comfortable holiday.

The ground floor in this property compromises a range of areas, including bedrooms, and living spaces, including the kitchen. The spacious kitchen offers modern appliances ideal for preparing delicious Tuscan feasts. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room or in the lovely shaded dining area in the garden. Enjoy the views of the beautiful countryside while being kept comfortable in the cool shade.

There is also a cozy living room, converted from an old barn, with a home cinema and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine floor with a pool table.

On the same floor, there is also a wonderful spa, featuring an indoor heated hydromassage, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and 2 heated relaxation beds boastings stunning views of the outside area. There are also 2 changing rooms with WC and shower, some of which are handicapped and elderly-friendly. This is an ideal place for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding countryside and the picturesque towns of Tuscany.

There is one bedroom (also suitable for the disabled) with a double bed, flat satellite tv, ensuite bathroom (with shower and access for the disabled), plus private access to the garden. On the ground floor is a laundry room fitted with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a clothesline.

A staircase leads up to the first floor, where you will find four double bedrooms in a refined and minimalistic yet elegant design, all with private bathrooms with showers and satellite TV. Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed.

Last but certainly not least, there is a TV room with a comfortable corner sofa. This space can only be reached by a lift from the spa, making it more private and peaceful. There is also WIFI and air conditioning throughout the whole house.

Animals are allowed but on request.

How to reach the villa:
• Take the Montecatini Terme exit from the Highway A11
• Turn right and right again in Via Roma, following the sign to Monsummano Terme. At the traffic lights
• Continue straight ahead. After passing under the flyover of the highway, take the first to the right,
• Via Delle Cantarella (1,6 km).
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit Via Ponte di Monsummano/Provincial road for Porrione del
• Terzo (0,5km).
• At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit... Via del Fossetto (0,5km)
• At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and remain on Via del Fossetto (0,75km)
• At the following roundabout, take the 3rd exit and remain on Via del Fossetto (1,7km).
• At the following roundabout, take the 2nd exit Variante del Fossetto (1,1km)
• At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit Via del Porto (0,55 km).
• When you arrive at the Stop sign, (on your left there is a bar called Bar da Libe), go straight ahead
• following Via di Caliano (0,21 km)

Not included in the price:

• A tourist tax of 0,70 euros per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to
